“Honestly very very nice people working at this place. They open at 11 but I was there at 9 am. I requested them if I can use their restroom? They allowed. I requested them to charge me for a sandwich, they refused. Usually in California they do not allow non customers to use restrooms with many many different excuses.“

I wanted to share feedback regarding my visit today during the new menu launch at Mendocino Farms. The restaurant was extremely busy, with high volume and some understandably frustrated guests as the team worked hard to keep up.

During this rush, Manager Olive provided exceptional hospitality and leadership. She personally checked in with me, offered a drink while I waited, and carefully verified that all of my order modifications were correct. Beyond that, she consistently supported her team—calling out orders, monitoring operations, and proactively engaging with guests who seemed upset to ensure they felt acknowledged and cared for.

Watching her remain calm, organized, and guest-focused in such a high-pressure situation truly stood out. This is a strong example of what great management looks like in action. I visit this location often, but seeing her lead the team so effectively today was genuinely impressive.

Please recognize her for the amazing job she is doing. She represents the brand exceptionally well and absolutely deserves recognition for her leadership and hospitality.

“Great sandwich and good portion for your dollar. I got the works per the employee recommendation. Was delicious and I also recommend. Others in my party got the turkey pesto, the BLT wrap and penne pasta. All were delicious and served quick!“

I really love the turkey and provolone sandwich and I always order it Mike's Way. My mom and I ordered the garlic basil sandwich and my personal favorite the spicy chicken sandwich with Caesar salad.The oven baked bread is savory along with the ingredients and fresh guacamole in the sandwiches. There salads are also great with the tastiest croutons made from the same oven baked bread. I always enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich!“

“My fav is the hot bobbie with no mayo extra cranberry. This shop did it right. When I walked in, I was happy as relieved from the heat, and the place was clean. The young gal running the spot was super nice and made our 2 orders pretty quick. But Caps needs to put a bit more meat, but all their shops are pretty consistent. I'll be back 😆“

Even the restroom was clean. My sandwich was great and the bread was fresh and so soft. Will definitely return to this Subway.“

“My son went here for a job, after interviews they told him to fill out his in boarding paperwork, he did, then they would send him a schedule, never showed up, calls went un answered, they would put him on hold when he called and let him wait and never pick up..he stayed on hold over 40 minutes. How can you be that cruel? If you don't want to hire the kid then fine just tell him. He turned down other jobs waiting for his schedule. This is disgusting behavior. “Placed a hot sub 2/23/26 3pm and was done quick. I can respect the attention to detail about how the sub wasn’t wrapped too tight for a hot sub and there wasn’t chicken or cheese melting out the side in the wrapper.

As I was waiting in line, the only slight con that I would mention is maybe more banter/light conversation between the slicer and then also whoever sprinkling the subs. I get that you want to ask for their order and ask Mikes Way and just finish the sub. But one thing that made the store that I had great in NC was the owner and GM always being friendly and asking about the customers day.

It isn’t really a big deal but I’m sure this helped retention and tipping.“

“After a long bike ride thru Santa Clarita Valley, we had lunch at Jersey Mike's for a victory sandwich...and what a fantastic sandwich it was!!

We ordered a large roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese but made like a Philly Cheesesteak on the grill with the pepper and onions. Added lettuce, extra tomatoes, pepperchino peppers, avocado, a little of their special relish, mustard, and mayo. Also had it Mike's Way with the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, and oregano (I think thst is what it was). Also had a refreshing glass of iced tea but no chips.

The service was friendly, quick, and made to perfection. This was absolutely one of the best sandwiches we have consistently had at Jersey Mike's and this was exceptionally delicious!! We couldn't eat it fast enough.
