I read the responses of the other patrons of Jacks and they have posted their complaints on the website of the Bouquet Canyon, Valencia, Ca. They really need to come to the Bouquet Cyn. Jacks, it's run great and the food, the crew the building are all excellent. We've been going there for years and have never found the problems listed by the people who sent in their complaints. So sorry they don't have the Franchise we have...
It's very nice. Jack in the box in a nice area, was clean and the food was great! The employees were friendly and helpful! I recommend!

Jack in the Box offers a variety of fast food options, including a pretty decent grilled chicken wrap and the best meat paste tacos. Customers appreciate the friendly service, especially late at night. The drive-thru experience can be hit or miss, with some reports of receiving regular fries instead of curly fries. Despite this, the restaurant's clean interior, nice landscaping, and quick service make it a satisfying choice for a meal. The owner, Chef, and staff work hard to provide a positive dining experience, with one employee, Betty, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
