Everytime I go to carls jr they mess up my order. Forget to give me my item. Call them they act like it's my fault they got it wrong. This time didn't give my drink to the person who picked up my order then states combo but it didn't say the combo had a drink. Really combos don't come with drinks. WoW
Carl's Jr almost always delivers the quality customers expect. Prices have become a bit high for a fast food establishment. The manager was extremely nice, brought our food to our table, and was very polite. This location is also very clean.
