We were looking for an excellent burrito at a good price and we found it! We loved the mom-and-pop atmosphere and the service was excellent! My husband got the carne asada torta and said it was great! I loved the California burrito with carne asada. We dined in and they had complementary chips and salsa!
The food is good, arguably the best Mexican food in SCV. However, I agree with others about their nickel and diming on condiments, salsa, chips. I totally understand it is a small business and money doesn't grow on trees, but as a customer, it is a bad look to charge $5 for an 8 ounce styrofoam container of salsa when I literally just wanted two more little containers.
