I remember working here years ago and watching the sauce cook make all the sauces, prep the meats. “Wow. I saw someone's review with pictures of the food and had to stop.

At first I walked in and was underwhelmed by the atmosphere. No decorations or board menu.

My family and I ordered.
2 burritos ; breakfast burrito and a fish and shrimp burrito.
1 pastor tacos with birria on top.

There is a salsa bar and it is bomb! As a Mexican who grew up with home-cooked meals, I can say that the salsa was above par compared to the places in the area.
As for the food. I don't think I have been my family devour their burritos so fast. Thwu were so good they didn't put them down. Plus the sizes are enormous! 1 burrito is definetely share worthy.
I got the nachos and it was the same great quantity. Shareable. Very delicious. These are not typical American melted cheese type of nachos. They are Mexican nachos with pico de gallo, frijoles, guacamole. Very good. I had to take mine home
I'm excited to come back again and try the seafood menu.

“Ordered chicken quesadillas and a super burrito to share for a family of 4. Delicious food with large portions. Salsa and guacamole were fresh and tasty and chips were pertly crispy and not oily. Overall a fabulous meal as we drive via LA to SD.“

“Really good grilled chicken, decent portion sizes too. The tortillas are homemade, and it shows, they are delicious. The price is really good considering how much food they give you. I ordered over the phone for pickup, and it was ready right as I got there. Friendly staff as well. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.“

“My husband has tried the albondigas soup and he actually liked them, but we mostly eat the asada torta at this restaurant. Without salsa roja though, instead I always request salsa verde. Somehow, their mayo makes it great in my opinion.
Finally something new for me and very convenient is the drinking water refill station. I noticed the price is .35¢ per gallon.“

“Las Delicias provides a standard array of Mexican food and has solidified itself as a goto for grab and go meals. Their carne asada is solid, but the Al pastor torta is a must try with a lot of flavor.

Of note, their salsas go great with the bulk of their items and have a range of spice levels. My particular favorite is their creamy green salsa which has a moderate amount of spice (if you’re not sensitive to spicy food)

The atmosphere is what you’d expect from a Mexican restaurant that’s less focused on the dining in experience.“

“I had tacos to try various meats. Carnitas, pastor, lengua and buche. They were all very good. But I can't wait to try their carnitas burrito. Everyone one was friendly and welcoming. (Danny, Francisco and Desiree). I also went back to get asada quesadillas for my wife and son. And a carnitas taco and a side of rice. My wife and son loved them!“

I will say however, seems like the size of them has gotten smaller. I feel like that shrimp and steak burrito was larger than it is now. I expect it to remain the same size if there's an increase in price. Either way, I like it enough that I'll continue as a customer, for now, and it still gets 5 starts because the food is good. Parking can be a pain because its located within a gas station with its own convenience store and parking is shared. But stop for some fuel and grab a burrito. Its worth it.“
