“Everything there is really flavorful and delicious, my wife said, “I finally found a place that makes taquitos just the way I like them, lots of delicious shredded beef and perfectly crispy with a healthy serving of guacamole 🥑”. The breakfast “chefs omelette with corn tortillas and a side of guac is absolutely delicious as well. Highly suggest trying El Fuego’s.“

I remember working here years ago and watching the sauce cook make all the sauces, prep the meats. Definitely can taste the difference from freshly made in-house sauces vs premade and shipped sauces from the factory.“
