Overall best Carls Jr. I've ever been to. I order there more than I'd like to admit, but it's hard not to when I know Blanca always takes care of me. She memorized my name and order from my frequent stops and always welcomes me in with a big smile. I don't know all the morning staffs names yet, but I know Blanca, Helen, and Evon always make sure I get what I ordered in a timely manner. Great staff, great location, would recommend. I ordered a large combo meal when I got to the place to pick up my order the drink was a medium. I asked if it could be changed to a large and the employee said not a problem whatsoever. I watched him grab a large cup and fill it up with ice so much That the medium drink would Overflow the large cup, and then he proceeded to charge me another $.75 so that tells me that your medium drinks and large drinks are the same makes no sense. I hope you make this correction.
