I ordered a triple Western bacon cheese burger combo on Uber eats and the fries were not only burned but they're old.
The burger was good like always except the fries.
This is the second time I recieved an old burned fries.
Update: I called them and they were able to answer and it was corrected.

Based on the reviews, Carl’s Jr. offers very good food and service. The food is fresh, fast, and as good as the old days. The burgers are good, but the fries have been reported as burned and old on one occasion, though the issue was corrected after a phone call. The manager is incredibly nice, welcoming, attentive, and professional, double checking orders. Specific employees named Guy and Jasmine provided great service. Guy was pleasant, thoughtful, and got the order correct with a smile. Jasmine worked hard, ran the front and drive thru by herself, and went above and beyond. The location is highly recommended, and customers will definitely be coming back. One note is that the driveway is in bad shape.
