Good service. Excellent breakfast place with good menu selection. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. There's a small parking lot but it gets full real quick. There's paid street parking with meters but if you go behind the building thru the alley, there's a free parking lot via the alley.

IHOP is a welcoming restaurant where guests always have a great time. The staff is friendly and attentive, with the manager being particularly warm and caring. The menu offers a variety of tasty options, including tres leches pancakes, omelets, and strawberry waffles. Hash browns may not always be crispy, but overall, the food is great. The restaurant now offers mixed berry crepes, and guests enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and the colorado omelette. The service is fast and the atmosphere is comfy. The restaurant looks spectacular, very clean and well kept. People like Stephanie truly make a difference with their sweet and patient service.
