Walked in. No one in front. Kitchen not acknowledging us then manager yells out for IRVING. We felt bad for the guy. He was so friendly and even hooked hit up. Management shouldn’t been yelling across the restaurant and not even acknowledging us. Thank you Irving for your service. ??

My ratings are all based on comparisons to similar fast food and fast casual places. The staff is friendly and easy to order with.I've eaten here several times both ordering ahead in the app and ordering at the counter. Both are fairly quick. There's two separate dining AREAS, one next to beverage dispenser and order counter and another one is on the far Northside along the sidewalk and Ventura Boulevard, so it provides a nice view of passing people and cars.There's plenty of...read full review

I purchased a mixed 12 piece family meal with rice, coleslaw, and beans. The chicken and the side dishes are consistently good. The wait was reasonably short, and the service was quick and friendly. The dining area and the area surrounding the building is kept clean and feel welcoming. This one time, the pico de gallo salsa did not taste good, so I had to be discarded.
