“We went to Finney's for the first time for a late lunch. It wasn't too crowded at that time and we were served promptly. They had a happy hour with a large selection of interesting beers for only 6 dollars but I was driving so I didn't try any. We had a couple of appetizers, a salad, and a kid's chicken bites. They do have a good selection of food on their menu. Everything we got was at least ok but not spectacular. I enjoyed the Bavarian pretzel but the roasted brussel sprouts were just a bit soggy and acidic (not caramelized enough). The Caeser salad and chicken were fine. Very good service and we are looking forward to the next visit.“

I ordered my usual meal, found a seat, and within a few minutes I was enjoying a fresh burger made to order. The vegetables tasted crisp, the burger was hot and juicy, and the ingredients felt noticeably fresher than what you’ll find at most fast-food restaurants. The fries came out hot and fresh as well, exactly how they should be.

“Our furbabies love the "pup meals" at In-n-Out. We went yesterday for our furbabies 12th birthday and had a HUGE order for their birthday party with family. Mia helped us out at the drive-thru. She saw our furbabies in the car and we told her it was their birthday and told her what we were doing. She was so amazing!! She was patient with us and our order. As we drove thru to pick up our food, she came to the window and said "hi, it’s me again" and handed us 1 of our bags, which was the food for the furbabies. Inside the bag, was a hand written note on a napkin that said "Happy Birthday". We were so touch that she went above and beyond to make our babies birthday special that we told the other employees that she needed a raise! One of our babies has a heart condition that he wasn’t suppose to be with us anymore so this gesture was so special and made our day!! Thank you again Mia!!!!!“

Yes, I should have checked, but I didn’t, drove home and was missing 2 fries. It’s annoying when you see them chatting it up and being distracted.“

“Two of us went for dinner on a Thursday night at around 7:30. It was busier inside than outside but we sat outside and it was really nice and easy to hear each other talk.
Our waitress was very, very nice, extremely helpful and had such a great attitude. In fact, the friend that I went with had lost his home in the Palisades fire so he went to the restaurant the day after and one of the waitresses said that he smelled kind of like soot. He explained how he lost his house the day before. They said to him to sit down, relax and order whatever he wanted and drink whatever he wanted and it was on them. How nice is that? That's how the people are there.
The food was really good. We shared a chicken salad and the blue Burger which came with fries. They were both really tasty and good.
We each had a cocktail and they pour their drinks in big glasses which is nice.
I would not hesitate to go back if I were looking for a casual, no-nonsense restaurant with even better service.“

We sat at the covered tables on the upper deck (clean and provided shade) as it was hot but a little breezy. Overall, we would stop here again, next time we are in the valley. 😊“

“THIS!!!! Is the place!!!! Bartenders are amazing here (shoutout Rocky and Lindsey!) Food is INCREDIBLE here. Idk where to begin??? “I had a fantastic experience at Burger Lounge and I have to start by giving a shout-out to Miguel!

The moment my buddy and I walked in, Miguel greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was courteous, professional, attentive and just had that kind of attitude that makes you feel like your business is genuinely appreciated. He also brought our food out to us and made sure we were taken care of.

I ordered the Lounge Burger with Tallow Fries and a drink while my buddy ordered the Classic Burger in a lettuce wrap. I'll admit, Burger Lounge is a little on the pricey side but once I tasted the food, I understood why. The grass-fed beef was absolutely delicious. You can genuinely taste the difference. My burger was fresh, juicy, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Nothing overly complicated just quality ingredients prepared really well.

And those Tallow Fries... oh boy. 😂 They were incredible! Fresh, crispy, flavorful and easily some of the best fries I've had in a while. Sometimes simple food done exceptionally well is exactly what hits the spot, and that's what this meal was.

Between the quality of the food and Miguel's excellent service, this was a great experience from beginning to end. Yes, you'll spend a little more than you would at a typical burger place but you're also getting noticeably better quality. Fresh ingredients, grass-fed beef, amazing fries and genuinely great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back.

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. “I have searched this town for the perfect wood fire style margherita pizza. I ordered the Napoletana and it is AMAZING. We also got a pepperoni and it's delicious too! Vincenzos is too much crust and too greasy in the middle. Toppers is way too expensive and our order was never accurate. The Road is close by, the food is delicious and they have great prices. “Absolutely delicious. The flavor was hitting in all the right spots. Juicy, cheesy with a hint of spice from the sauce. Oh man I didn't expect it to be that good. This will be the go to spot now. Yes the place was pretty chill, music nice, energy nice, nice staff. Did I mention the burger was delicious. The fries were pretty good the sweet potato fries were alright. My boyfriend got those. I didn't put lettuce or tomatoes on mine so I could really taste the burger. Ok I'm done just go you will be pleased and get a double cause the patties are thin.“
