“Inside the gas station and next to the ice cream shop is not a good ambiance but frize hotnand salty perfect burger hot and not to much dressing or green salad fall when you bit tomato not to big and don't leak water so the paper stay in hand not on the bread you hungry the time you refill the tanks take order to go and enjoy your meal“

“Wouldn’t change a thing about our burger and fry orders. The burger was cooked perfectly over an open flame — you could really taste it — and the fresh veggies, balanced condiments, and flavorful bun all worked together perfectly. Even with all the juices from the meat, the bun held up beautifully.

The fries were thin and crispy. I usually prefer thicker fries, but these were excellent — perfectly cooked and seasoned just right.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and overall it was a great experience. We’ll definitely make this a regular stop whenever we’re back in Valencia.

“Today I stopped by In-N-Out Burger in Sherman Oaks, and it reminded me why this place remains one of California’s most beloved burger chains. Despite the steady line of customers, everything moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was energetic, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to help.

I ordered my usual meal, found a seat, and within a few minutes I was enjoying a fresh burger made to order. The vegetables tasted crisp, the burger was hot and juicy, and the ingredients felt noticeably fresher than what you’ll find at most fast-food restaurants. The fries came out hot and fresh as well, exactly how they should be.

What I appreciate about In-N-Out is that they don’t try to be something they’re not. The menu is simple, the food is consistent, and they focus on doing a few things exceptionally well. In a world where many restaurants constantly chase trends, there’s something refreshing about a place that sticks to its formula and continues to deliver.

The Sherman Oaks location was clean, well-managed, and busy for a reason. You can tell that people keep coming back because they know exactly what they’re going to get: fresh food, friendly service, and good value.

There are plenty of burger places in Los Angeles, but every now and then a visit to In-N-Out reminds me why it has earned such a loyal following. A simple meal done right is sometimes better than anything complicated.“

“Was craving In-N-Out for a few days and finally found time to hit it up late on a sunday night.

There was a sizeable line even at around midnight (perhaps a Father's Day bump?), but it moved as quickly as In-N-Out lines do. I am usually one for more detailed reviews of places, but In-N-Out's are S-tier for quality and consistency, from staff, to order accuracy, to price. It was cool to see a more diverse staff than I usually see in my eency weency town a couple hours up north. I found a couple open spaces in the lot after I rolled out of the window.

My animal style fries and burger where perfect, and the extra double double with extra spread was perfect too. Even tapping this review up has me wanting to go tommorow.“

“After seeing a suggestion in a FB group, decided to give this place a try at around 3pm on a Sunday. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! My day started out ho hum, but with the amazing friendly service and great food, it made my day I left with my tummy and heart happy. This will probably be my new Sunday spot Appreciate Y'ALL!“

“Small shop that sells donuts, burgers, teriyaki and other delicious foods. I ordered a combination teriyaki plate including beef and chicken. It was delicious, very plentiful and quick.
It was near closing time when I arrived but the lady who took my order was welcoming and while I was waiting for my food she gave me a chocolate donut. Although there isn't a lot of room they have a few tables inside and the atmosphere was nice. If you're around and want something quick, tasty and affordable I recommend checking it out!“

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. The sweet potato fries are the best too, most places make them floppy but FTW has crispy, sweet, and perfectly salted sweet potato fries. They pair with the burger perfectly.“

I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger w zucchini fries, and it's easily one of the best non-chain burgers I've had in a long time. “I had one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had at Shake Shack, and it was all thanks to two incredible employees (Lanai & Melissa) who went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, they were extremely accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome.
