“Today I stopped by In-N-Out Burger in Sherman Oaks, and it reminded me why this place remains one of California’s most beloved burger chains. Despite the steady line of customers, everything moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was energetic, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to help.

I ordered my usual meal, found a seat, and within a few minutes I was enjoying a fresh burger made to order. The vegetables tasted crisp, the burger was hot and juicy, and the ingredients felt noticeably fresher than what you’ll find at most fast-food restaurants. The fries came out hot and fresh as well, exactly how they should be.

What I appreciate about In-N-Out is that they don’t try to be something they’re not. The menu is simple, the food is consistent, and they focus on doing a few things exceptionally well. In a world where many restaurants constantly chase trends, there’s something refreshing about a place that sticks to its formula and continues to deliver.

The Sherman Oaks location was clean, well-managed, and busy for a reason. You can tell that people keep coming back because they know exactly what they’re going to get: fresh food, friendly service, and good value.

“Was craving In-N-Out for a few days and finally found time to hit it up late on a sunday night.

There was a sizeable line even at around midnight (perhaps a Father's Day bump?), but it moved as quickly as In-N-Out lines do. I am usually one for more detailed reviews of places, but In-N-Out's are S-tier for quality and consistency, from staff, to order accuracy, to price. It was cool to see a more diverse staff than I usually see in my eency weency town a couple hours up north. I found a couple open spaces in the lot after I rolled out of the window.

My animal style fries and burger where perfect, and the extra double double with extra spread was perfect too. Even tapping this review up has me wanting to go tommorow.“

“Ya know, this place is outside where I normally do my living, but occasionally I have to be in the area! Today was the 5th time I’ve been there, I ordered a Double Combo, and Geeze it was TERRIFIC!!!
The grilled onions are da bomb! The fries crispy and yummy. The only downside I see, if you order to go, and have a 25 minute drive the fries get uncrispy ! Simple physics, steam coming off the fries tends to do that. But I love to eat there, so not a problem for me!

“I had a fantastic experience at Burger Lounge and I have to start by giving a shout-out to Miguel!

The moment my buddy and I walked in, Miguel greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was courteous, professional, attentive and just had that kind of attitude that makes you feel like your business is genuinely appreciated. He also brought our food out to us and made sure we were taken care of.

I ordered the Lounge Burger with Tallow Fries and a drink while my buddy ordered the Classic Burger in a lettuce wrap. I'll admit, Burger Lounge is a little on the pricey side but once I tasted the food, I understood why. The grass-fed beef was absolutely delicious. You can genuinely taste the difference. My burger was fresh, juicy, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Nothing overly complicated just quality ingredients prepared really well.

And those Tallow Fries... oh boy. 😂 They were incredible! Fresh, crispy, flavorful and easily some of the best fries I've had in a while. Sometimes simple food done exceptionally well is exactly what hits the spot, and that's what this meal was.

Between the quality of the food and Miguel's excellent service, this was a great experience from beginning to end. Yes, you'll spend a little more than you would at a typical burger place but you're also getting noticeably better quality. Fresh ingredients, grass-fed beef, amazing fries and genuinely great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back.

“My first time coming here and i was very pleased! It's kinda hidden off Sepulveda south of Ventura, near Dickens. It has very nice outdoor and indoor seating options. The waitresses were super nice and friendly and the food was great! I asked for something i saw on yelp but they no longer serve. The waitress made a recommendation and I was very pleased! “We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. It was a gift that the error occurred as it showed us what an outstanding establishment Burger Lounge is with outstanding employees. Huge thank you to Kareem & Bella. “Had the joy of getting our first burgers from Burger 3000! Got some dinner here with my gal and we both loved the sci-fi space theme.

We were first timers and hoping to talk to a cashier but you get pointed to the kiosks in the store instead and honestly should’ve just ordered online at that point

We got the space jam burger, double Oklahoma burger, Cajun fries, plus the cosmic ring & sticks box. All of the food was very tasty (although pricey)

Loved the raspberry bacon jam on the Space Jam burger, though I think the regular sauce would’ve been better with the burger

Onion rings were some of the best we’ve had and the mozzarella sticks were very good

Cajun fries were cooked well but wish there was more flavor on them (nothing compared to five guys Cajun)

All in all a great tasting smash burger that we would definitely try again!“
