Thank you for such an amazing experience.
Despite the gluten-free options listed, I was informed by staff that due to their small kitchen this restaurant is NOT safe for those with celiac/true gluten allergies. That said, my family enjoyed the unique menu, especially the brussel sprouts.
Nice spot, plenty of vegan burgers, the bourbon BBQ beyond burger was great, very crispy bacon, absolutely amazing was the Kale mint chip shake made of homemade cashew icecream. Next time I'm going try their Mac n' cheese, it's made of quinoa pasta and cashew cheese! With burgers you can choose between vegan/non vegan cheese and there is also gluten-free bun option.
