usually the service I recieve here is amazing and I order from this specific Burger King, twice a week. I always call and ask for my items fresh out of the fryer, very nicely and its never an issue. The person working, that I just spoke on the phone (8/3 3:30PM) with had an extremely, unnecessarily rude tone and overall unprofessional demeanor. Unexpectedly amazing customer service. I forgot his name, but I think Rico gave amazing service. Great vibes and attitudes from the employees. Food tastes great. I almost forgot I was eating at a fast food establishment.
