“Hidden deep in the urban hustle and bustle section of the Sherman way Corridor rests one of the last great burger chains left in the state. It is proof that Los Angeles has always been the greatest at serving one of the most sought after comfort foods in existence, the hamburger. It’s as recognizable to young and old alike. Whether it’s a long day at work, a quick place to feed the kids or just a place to sit down and eat while you forget about life’s cruel challenges for 30 minutes the Canoga Park Carl’s Jr always hits the spot. Yes it’s old, yes other chains are closing by the day and yes it will attract all walks of life due to the delicious super affordable food and the legally mandated restroom that all food establishments should have in California. That isn’t the point though. The point is the food, as tasty as it is, is served by some of the sweetest, kindest and most pleasant people in the fast food industry. It is served by “Gilda” and “Ana”. Two young women that not only make the dining experience better, they make it a pleasure. The food is served with Love. When I walk in and see GILDA and ANA I know that the food will be excellent, prepared well and served quick. Stop in, eat and watch things you can’t see on TV or if you’re in a rush drive through. The National Hot Dog 🌭 special was 4 🌭 🌭🌭🌭 for $4. To top mine off I added mustard, mayo and onions 😋.“

“Why has got into Taco Bell? At this location I have been treated with kind smiles and exceptional customer service the last 5 times I’ve been here. They are well staffed even at night. The dining is remodeled and looks and feels absolutely amazing. The bathrooms are clean, the people are cool, and the food is on point? Go Taco Bell on de Soto! “There are two Wetzels locations within this mall and the one located outside Macy’s is far and away the best! The staff is always super friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Maybe it’s just my imagination but I feel like I get more and softer fresher pretzels from this location compared to the one upstairs by the food court. I now go out of my way to buy from here. Y’all are the best!

“Solid 4-star stop at this Taco Bell. The location is clean, modern, and clearly well-maintained both inside and out. The dining area was spotless, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable setup that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. Even the drink station and restrooms were noticeably clean—something that definitely stands out.

Service was excellent. Staff were friendly, efficient, and kept things moving without feeling rushed. The mobile/delivery pickup area was organized, and the overall operation felt dialed in.

“El Taco Llama is a great local spot for a quick and satisfying lunch. The service during my visit was excellent — friendly, efficient, and welcoming from start to finish. The food came out fresh, flavorful, and honestly much better than you might expect from a taqueria-style restaurant. Everything tasted well prepared, and the portions felt fair for the price point.

What really stood out was the decor. The restaurant featured themed chairs and booths inspired by Guadalajaran culture, which gave the place a unique personality and made the dining experience much more memorable than a typical casual Mexican restaurant. You don’t see that kind of attention to theme very often.

The atmosphere was lively, clean, and comfortable overall. Between the strong service, flavorful food, and distinctive cultural touches, El Taco Llama is definitely a spot I’d happily return to for lunch again.“

“I stopped by this Auntie Anne yesterday inside Westfield Topanga mall to get a pretzel. They only had the plain pretzel which I was fine with and it was delicious. I also got their strawberry lemonade freeze drink which I thought was too sweet and pricey. The customer service here was great, the guy who was working the counter was friendly.“
