I’ve noticed the service at Jersey Mike’s Moorpark has been inconsistent over the last 2 to 3 months and I go about once a week not always on the same day. There’s always at least one employee on shift that is in a bad mood and it’s easy to see because they don’t smile, they make the sandwich in a hurried ‘can’t wait to get this over with’ fashion and just look visibly apathetic. Even a couple weeks ago a female employee tossed the sandwich to the next station, spilling some of the contents out of the sandwich lol. Today was the same lackluster customer service and I also witnessed an employee with dirty blonde hair and a mustache eat 2 cookies from the tray meant for customers, grabbing them with his bare hands no less. Not sure what’s going on because I have brought these observations to management before but clearly as long as the sandwiches are good, mediocre service is acceptable.“

“I wanted to share my experience. I had placed a large order for our event at work. I initially called in and spoke to Runa. Runa was very communicative and friendly. Overall, Staff was friendly, understanding and communicative. When I showed up to pick up the food tray at our pre-designated time, food was ready without delay. Subs were a hit for our vendors!! They left happy and satisfied. We will definitely be using them again for our future events!!“

“Stumbling across this resteraunt while out and about i thought I would try it out. My heart and taste buds were always sold with another Sandwhich place in thousand oaks. This place is now at the top of my list too in Westlake. Hard to find a great sandwhich places and I finally did. The flavors, the Variety of Sandwhiches along with holiday sandwiches to choose from. In this case Thanksgiving sandwhich was available for a limited time but it was so yummy. A place you dont want to miss visiting for sure.“

Stopped in and ordered two Spicy Italian footlongs and had a really great experience. Brandon, the manager, helped me out and honestly went above and beyond. He was super friendly, patient while I was deciding what I wanted on both sandwiches, and made sure everything was exactly how I asked.

You can tell Brandon actually cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. He was welcoming, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Both sandwiches came out perfect too!

He has such good energy and was just happy to be there which I love because we don’t see that often. One of the best subways i’ve gone to and Garry definitely helped with that. “I like this location and staff, have visited probably 20 times this year. My low rating is for a particular reason. I love that this establishment offers a military discount, they have every single time. This visit they refused the discount and the older woman manager flat out told me that they have never done that because it would “lose us money”. I don’t mind if they don’t offer a discount anymore but I do mind being lied to and made to feel like a liar in public. For the record, other employees said they did have it just didn’t know how to ring it up. Once the manager was called over she refused and said it never existed, despite me saying I’ve used it every time and showing my military ID.“

“MONDAY FOOD REVIEW...JERSEY MIKE'S...3/9/26! Scott went over to Jersey Mike's, located at 2790 Cochran St., Simi Valley, CA, to get us some of their wonderful sandwiches to go. We both had The Original Italian, which is loaded with Provolone, Ham, Prosciuttini, Cappacacuolo, Salami, Pepperoni, jalapenos, lettuce tomatoes, onions, and their Balsamic Vinaigrette, on the Parmesan Cheese Bread! WOW, was this a fantastic sandwich!!! Extremely fresh, and loaded with the yummiest of meats!!! The sandwich is bar none, the BEST submarine sandwich that I have ever eaten!!! IT IS BY FAR, way BETTER than any of it's competitors!!!!! If you haven't tried this restaurant, you're missing out!!! My rating: 10++++“
