Me personally I love subway and I don’t care about how it is but this specific subway feels like home they treat you like family and I they are very nice so for that I give them 5 stars

This Subway is normally a great place with great service and great food. It is the best Subway ever been to, extremely clean and always very quick. Everyone is super sweet. However, a 2nd encounter happened where the app didn’t work and the staff did not honor the nationwide app deals. Staff needs to be empowered to assist customers when technology doesn’t work. Also, whoever is in charge of the AC needs to turn it down; it felt 80 degrees inside the store. Despite this, lovely associates provide great customer service. They always have a big smile and are very personable. One associate is outstanding, always goes above and beyond, is really caring and kind, and is an iconic queen.
