The lady taking my order had me wait for 3 minutes until she helped me when there was no one else in line, let alone in the store. I had a discount card that allowed me to get a free 6” if I bought a foot long and a medium drink. She completely disregarded the discount card even though it expires by June 2024!

The manager if this establishment is cheap.i asked for an egg sandwich with fresh mozzerla and all veggies and the manager was very skimpy on the veggies part. I would not come here again!

I come about 3 to 5X a week for the last 3 yrs, Staff has been nothing less than FRIENDLY & HELPFUL!Wheelchair accessibility: Restroom is roomy for a over sized scooter.

I've ordered multiple times via Uber eats and everytime they forget the veggie Pattie on my sandwich. THATS THE ENTIRE PART OF THE SANDWICH???? They never answer the phone. Not sure what's wrong with this subway. The food is good but missing my entire item, ruins the food.

Don't plan on bringing any coupons to the store as the manager has told his employees you can only use them on the basic sandwiches even though the coupons say the only exclusion is the pro.So if you're thinking about getting the new sandwiches that they're nationally advertising and the plaster on the coupons they sent to your home you're not gonna be able to use themAlso, if you'd like us and you don't drink carbonated beverages you're out of luck until the spring time because the manager refuses to make ice tea or the two other drinks that they supply that are non-carbonated and unsweetened.Your only choice is to drink are sodas, Herbert's fountain lemonade, XXXX power Dragonfruit. No fresh brewed tea at all. He says it isn't getting drunk. Well it cost .50c to may a container that stays fresh all day. This would keep allot of customers happy.If you want to use your coupons and get your drinks and be taken care of in a polite manner, go to the OakPark store or the Westlake Village store they both have excellent service.I can see why this store barely gets 3 stars!'nn

When the app works then you can order your sandwich ahead of time and pick it up quickly and easily. The sandwich is almost always made exactly the way I ordered it, kudos to the sandwich artistVegetarian options: The veggie delight is pretty much the only option.Kid-friendliness: Picky kids can order exactly what ingredients they like

This was-by far-the WORST Subway I've ever visited! I hate saying it but-OMG! CLASSIC CUT! I said classic CUT. I asked for lettuce. she gave me maybe (seriously MAYBE) 60 shreds! Piled on the cold cuts. Gave me THREE slices of tomatoes. 6 pieces green pepper and 8 slivers of onion. No mayo. No mustard. No oil vinegar (like I asked). Salted the heck out of it. Salty, dry, piles of meat in my mouth. I love meat-don't get me wrong but this pile of meat with one piece lettuce and no dressing-it was just awful. Apparently - the customer is NOT RIGHT at this Subway. Waste of $60. I didn't dare ask my kids if they liked their sandwich. One whole half with two bites-is sitting here in my office and the 7 year old said "this sandwich is not as good as the other Subway!". I hope the owner reads this and talks to their employee.

So. Dang. Delicious. Staff was friendly and fast. Go a veggie sandwich with avocado on jalapeño cheddar bread. Absolutely bombalicious. The associate that made my sandwich and rang me up I think was associate number 65 according to the receipt. Date was June 29, 2022 at 6:17 PM. I sure hope Subway managers and regional people recognize these hard workers.
