Parking is like a battlefield. A handful of them are entitled Beemers swooping in for the parking slot.
I guess that's what I get for driving a small Jap car ?, you no see me, people are people.
The lines are long.
The preparation of the sandwich is even longer.
If I'm hungry, I'd go elsewhere.
Other than that, they are worth every penny waiting for them delicious sandwiches!

“I just left here I absolutely had to write a review solely because of the service, i have no idea who the young girl was at the front but I absolutely loved her energy. I don’t normally write reviews but she is a top tier worker. From being greeted to when i walked in to making the whole order she had the best personality and was very friendly. “I recently placed a catering order from Mendocino Farms in Calabasas for a group of hardworking teachers and volunteers at my son's school. As luck would have it, there was a technical glitch with the order. Mistakes can happen to the best of us, but how you handle them is what truly matters.
The general manager, Arthur, went above and beyond to not only rectify the small issue but also personally delivered a resolution that exceeded all expectations. In a world where excellent customer service can sometimes feel like a rarity, Arthur's commitment to ensuring everything was perfect was refreshing and deeply appreciated.
The entire school staff was beyond thankful for the delicious sandwiches, salads, and treats. It gave them the energy they needed to finish out a long and grueling day with smiles on their faces. It’s reassuring to know that there are still people and businesses who take personal pride in their work.

“My sandwich was made accurately and quickly with a really wonderful friendly attitude by Jesse. He was very accommodating when I asked for my cheese to be sliced on a machine that hadn't just sliced meat. They were just about to close for the day, yet Jesse did not make me feel rushed at all, he made me feel like family. Awesome customer service!

“I love the portobello mushroom chicken cheesesteak! It is always delicious. I like to add mayonnaise, lettuce, and raw onions after it's cooked for a bit of crisp freshness to the sub. The gentleman that made it today made it with obvious care and it was greatly appreciated to see someone take time and effort to make sure your sandwich came out just as you ordered“

“The only time you get good service is if Ashton is there. Everyone else doesn't say hi, the one girl was so scripted she kept asking the same exact questions as her peers right after I answered. They charge $5 for avacado! Are you kidding me!? Overall... food is your normal Jersey Mikes and Ashton is the only human who makes this location worth it. Figure out your pricing and customer service skills to be more personable and we shall talk about an above star rating.“
