Usually a trip to burger king or any fast food restaurant is a pretty mundane activity, you pretty much know what to expect before going in. Tonight however, the customer service I received from Mr. Jose (working evening shift 12/21 around 630) was truly exceptional! He really made me feel welcome and more than that, he went above and beyond when serving my food. It's fast food, so you cannot give it 5 stars. But its among the best for fast food, but In-n'-Out is topsWish they would put a Burger King in Thousand Oaks proper! We are over run with Starbucks on every corner. lol

Just had the best Impossible Whopper at this Burger King. It was amazing! Many times Impossible products only tend to be served... luke warm, for some reason. This sandwich - the patty was hot and flavorful, the veg was crisp and fresh, the bun was fluffy! Thank you, Agoura Burger King, for the best sandwich I've had in a very long time!!!
