Excellent customer service and delicious fresh food, as always.
So this was a surprise, I just rolled into chick-fil-a on Moorpark rd in Thousand Oaks. I walked in to order some food, placed my order, the lady who took my order was very pleasant & super friendly,

Even during busy times, the environment is clean and the staff, like Regan, provide quality service with warmth and energy, making it feel like home. Customers appreciate the quick service and the zero charge for water with meals, which is not common in many fast food restaurants.
