“Parma introduced me to Detroit style and I don’t know how I went my whole life with it now. Crispy edges, amazing sauce, dough light and airy. Tried it at Slice House and Param is better hands down.”

“Friendly Habit burger that will run you about $10.99 per meal if you get basic charburger and fries. The grilled chicken club is delicious at $7.99 for entree with no side. Love the upgrade for sweet potato fries! Plus the lemonades acai berry is refreshing.”

“I really like the service, drinks and food here, defiantly a place I would go back to. I do think they are a little pricey but overall experience was good. They have indoor and outdoor seating which was a nice option.”

“The food is always good for a basic BBQ style restaurant. The pay up front, grab an open table, then food delivered to your table is an interesting concept that works well here.I've always had a good experience with Stonefire, and even the catering and the lunch specials are something I know will be good.Overall the meals are simple, but solid. I've always enjoyed the consistency of the food when I eat here. I have no problem ordering the tri-tip, chicken, pasta, mashed potatoes, nachos, bread sticks, or salads when it suits me because it's always been good.Overall a solid choice if you want a quick and classic BBQ meal without it being fast food, or a full sit down experience. It's a great in between option.”

“If you are stuck in traffic on the 101, like I was, google this place and immediately drive to it. The basics were covered. Good service, good prices, great food. I need to mention the quality of the Scotch egg. It was really good. Made in house and cooked to order. They were perfect. Better than a Ginsters from the 24hr BP. Look out for Brody, he'll look after you proper at the bar. All in all, I couldn't of been happier to find this place.”

“A bit on the pricier side but it was an enjoyable stop along the way to our next destination. My friend had a strawberry lemonade with freshly muddled strawberries, nice touch! For $8 each I was expecting a bigger portion of food but the toast that we ordered was very good! The service is fast and friendly too”

“Most importantly, Peet seems to be taking better care of its employees compared to other coffee shops, and it also has the best tasting coffee products more than others. Employees of this location are professional, courteous & friendly.”

“Service was great the food was great but not enough options on alcoholic beverages, Need local craft beers available. Other than that a great place for Brazilian food. Great places to eat after shopping at Wheelhouse, really gets your appetite going and opens up your taste buds.”

“Vegan thyme is one of my favorite places to eat! It’s vegan and gluten free friendly. Their staff is always so kind and understanding. Their food is amazing and their prices are great too! Highly recommend for vegans and non-vegans alike as their dishes are delicious even without the meat!”

“Great place with dining and patio up front and bar in the back that has happy hour during the week. Kids friendly and the kids menu is thought out. The Mac and cheese is really tasty and they don’t skimp in the burger. The cocktails are super yummy and beer is decently priced. The place is filled with personal photos and memorabilia which makes it feel more welcoming. The owner is very kind and accommodating and has interesting stores to share. Parking is in the back but you can enter on either side. Support this local business!”

“Got the Rueben sandwich with steak fries, Belgian waffle with strawberries & a coffee. Yummy! Nice big portions (enough to share or just stuff yourself full). The sandwich was delicious, a nice thick chunk of meat, light-crispy bread, savory & salty sauce & flavors inside. Thick crispy steak fries. The waffle was great, a light crispy shell & soft inside with yummy whipped cream, syrup & strawberries. Also got to try a cute little Swedish pancake with a little Jam On Top which was a nice little appetizer. It's a nice place with a lot of seats inside, including counter seats, and outdoor seating in a cute patio. Staff was very nice & helpful. Prices are fair. It's kind of in the corner in a big plaza (near Ralphs) with plenty of parking.”

“Food and service were excellent! The Hanger Steak entree is perfect. Shane suggested Medium Rare which is usually too rare for me but the quality of the beef is so good that it melts in your mouth. Burrata starter also very good.”

“We live 2000 miles away and still come here as often as possible. I swear by the 3 Amigos burrito w chicken, black beans and hot salsa. Then pour the mild salsa on it too:)”

“Three amigos is just around the corner from us and we have always found them to be a great place to eat. The dine-in area is nothing fancy but it is clean, and the outside area is also very pleasant. Food is simple, clean, tasty and I can't say more than enough about it. Whenever you have a taste for something and you want it fast, this is the place to go to get really good Mexican food.”

“Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Delicious food. Excellent service. We were even given crayons and coloring pages for our younger children which was very thoughtful. I appreciated the attentive service. We had the salmon burgers with Cesar salad (A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!) and the kiddos had the penne pasta (they both loved it).”

“I ordered lunch for the office and loved the group order feature on the website. bottegafoods.comEveryone enjoyed their food... sandwiches, salads, and lasagna. The biggest hit was the dessert! The brownies and tiramisu were sooo good! We all politely fought over the last bite!”

“Found this place on accident. Surprisingly delighted by their offerings and the quality. First, let me tell you that the large sandwich is worth two meals. But don't let me tell you how to eat their food...just let me tell you what I ordered. I have been here twice. I ordered something different each time. First time, I ordered I got the Americano. Second time, I got the italiano. Omg!!! Both sandwiches knocked my socks off. Chock full of high quality meats and cheeses...and the toppings were an absolute delicious complement to the sandwich. The bread is fresh and soft and a perfect delivery tool for the amazing ingredients. When you get here, there will probably be a line. But it moves very fast. Don't be discouraged. Just get in line. The person taking your order knows all the sandwiches very well and they are happy to help you navigate the menu if you need it. I went with five friends. We all got a different variety of sandwiches. Everyone was pleased. This place also serves as an Italian market. Lots of nice offerings. Including containers of sauces and frozen pasta's and even lasagna. Great idea to take some of these well-made ingredients and make some thing. Fabulous at home. They do have specials. Usually a half sandwich and a side for about the same money as a large sandwich. So, it depends on if you are good at managing leftovers or just want enough food to finish in one sitting. I haven't made my way around to the lunch specials because I'm still working on their specialty sandwiches. Hot tip: get a side of the Italian dressing to dip your sandwich in. OMG! It's so good! They make it in-house and it is very obvious that they put a lot of love into each of their things even their Italian dressing. Are you still reading? Get your butt over there and order something. Don't forget I told you a large sandwich is a lot. Have a great day! I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my friends did.”

“Step into this delightful Indian grocery and food shop in Thousand Oaks, and you'll quickly realize it's not your ordinary store or restaurant. It's a unique hybrid that's a true jack of all trades and a master of creating an unforgettable experience.Let's talk about what makes this place stand out. Sure, their individual offerings might not be the absolute best in their respective categories, but here's the magic: the sum of all they provide is greater than what you'd find elsewhere.First off, you've got the convenience factor covered. Their selection of fast food items at the counter means you can grab a quick and tasty bite while shopping for your groceries. It's a double win! Speaking of groceries, they offer a fantastic array of Indian foodstuffs that'll make any home cook's heart sing. But that's not all. On a sunny day in Thousand Oaks, you can enjoy your meal in the great outdoors. The seating area is beautifully decked out with fun Indian touches like an auto rickshaw, colorful wood benches, red scooter, shamiyana, and even a truck's front. It's like a mini vacation to India without leaving town.If you prefer the indoors, they've got you covered too with decent seating. Plus, there's free parking and easy access from the highway, making your visit a breeze. Staff is quite friendly too!And here's the kicker: they once hosted a pretty nice and free Kathak show right in their parking lot! That's the kind of extra flair that makes this place truly special. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the chat. If you're willing to make a 30-minute drive just for their chat, that tells you how amazing it is. That's the power of this place. It offers something so good that it's worth the journey.Overall, this place is an absolute gem. It might not be the best at any one thing, but it's the sum of all its wonderful parts that make it shine. It will also not break your bank.So if you're in Thousand Oaks and want an exceptional experience that's easy on the wallet, this is the place to be. Five stars for the fun, flavor, and fantastic finds!????Vegetarian options: I go there for Chat, but you can find a lot of things.Parking: Free, secure, parking lotKid-friendliness: Kids will find the outdoor seating interesting.”

“New owners! Lets help them make this cozy local place a hit again. And bring back the Stellas magic we all know and like! Keep an eye open for Fri and Saturday evening music too.”

“We arrived for our first time, and no one acknowledged for us for some time. I had to prompt several times for assistance. We finally got sat. My husband, who was already upset due to the ignored wait, ordered mushroom pizza but then was told they were out. Then they weren't and brought out the pizza and his 2nd order. He took home the entire chicken meal. My salmon was absolutely delicious. Hopefully, they can fix service issues.”

“These really are the best hot dogs in Thousand Oaks. My friends and I have made a tradition over the last year to come here and get dinner before going to the movies, and Lucky's has never disappointed. They have the most delicious hot dogs with incredible variety and at affordable prices, and also the kindest and most friendly people working here. Also, as someone who doesn't eat beef, I really appreciate that they have turkey dogs available. It's the perfect place for a quick lunch or dinner with a surprising number of options on what to order (and not just hot dogs, so it's a great option if you have a group of people with different tastes). I'm already looking forward to going back soon!”

“This place had been my parents go-to over 10 years ago, I had moved away from Ventura County and come back and now I wont go to any other Chinese restaurant. Ive tried the others in Newbury and they dont hit nearly as good as Imperial Garden. Whether its take-out or dine in, they are always very friendly and get your food to you quick!”

“The owner does go above and beyond, but the meat was noticeably not fresh. I had the Wet Burrito (Mojado) with carne asada, it was good paired with a Jamaica. I pray this business continues to do well. ??”

“When dining at Mastro's, we have high expectations. Mastro's exceeds all expectations. Excellent service begins immediately at the valet, gracious reception and continues throughout the entire meal, right back to the valet. The entire meal was quality, prepared perfectly and delicious. Special kudos to the musician, sound and song were truly enjoyable. It's the best upscale dining experience. We find the wine list has a good variety in all price ranges. Bartender always makes a great cocktail.”

“I really like hot dogs – sort of a hobby ! New to the area so I had to try this place "Cowboy" I am not usually a toppings person but I have to admit the combination of ingredients was delicious ! The size and quality of hot dog was very good -the roll was good - but - the pricing seemed high to me but may be the “norm” Enjoy !! In the Hot Dog Category - 4 stars because of the price”
Options
“My only complaint is on the couscous salad. I wish that you had the option to add or not add the spice for people who are allergic to it otherwise all their food is very delicious!”
Options
“Ian was a very friendly and attentive server. We hadn't been in years and remembered it being pricey, but were still a bit shocked when the bill arrived. I don't agree that $25 is MV for a lobster tail. The food is tasty but I feel you don't get enough compared to the price point. Knowing we were there to celebrate an anniversary, it would've been nice to not have been seated close to two families with small children and a group of loud young adults. Overall a decent experience, but not a place we will visit regularly for special occasions”

Takeout Restaurants
“The food was great! I ordered the chilaquiles verdes. You can’t tell because of the amount of cheese added but now that I know, next time it’s light cheese for me. The service is great, very nice people. Clean place. I’m not from the area but if I was in the area I’d definitely go again.”

“Tried this place for the first time for lunch today and what a treat it was. The gal working was an absolute sweetheart, so helpful and let me try all the soups. I settled for the black bean soup. “We've been regular cuatomers for many years. This is a family owned restaurant and you're welcomed like you're part of their family. The food is cooked to perfection and is always delicious. My favorite item on the menu is the trout, which is absolutely wonderful. They have a varied menu and marvelous desserts. The best part is their prices are so reasonable. Once you go there for dinner, you'll be sure to go again and again.Best little restaurant in Thousand Oaks.”

“I had possibly the most delicious iced coffee here and have since gone back for more. Agree with a previous review that you need to specify what size beverage you'd like or you will receive and get charged for a large. Cozy atmosphere. Good food!”
Options
“Delicious food and excellent service. Was waffling on whether to go, and glad I did. Servers were super friendly and patient with the family. Highly recommended. Note counter-style seating only should you choose to go.”
Options
“A good place to have some fast food Japanese style. We had a teriyaki beef and chicken combination bowl and a chicken ramen with tomato. Both tested great and authentic. I dinged off a star because it is not accepting credit cards at the store at the moment. Kind of inconvenient because of this limitation. However, I recommend its food and taste.”

“We're from out of town. My kids wanted a burger. Googled and this place came up. Looked good, so we went!Thought it was a great fast-casual option. Burgers and salads were good. Was SUPER loud and couldn't really talk to my family easily. Couldn't tell if that was because of a large group there, or if it was just a loud/reverberant space, or both. But it was loud...Service was fantastic.Kid-friendliness: Solid kids menu. Gluten free options are good.”

“One of my favorite ice cream places on a summer day. My favorites are the cookies n cream and coffee flavors. The kiddos really enjoyed getting out for a nice treat!”
Options
“We visited and we loved the sandwiches, especially the roasted turkey bacon and avocado sandwich and swapped for provolone cheese. How could a sandwich be so good? For so long I've paid the same price at a sandwich shop for sandwiches that aren't even HALF as good as this. We had German potato salad which the owner makes fresh every day. It is vinegar based not mayo-based and no egg like American potato salad, so it is much lighter which I prefer. We got the marinated mushrooms too which were delicious. The owner was very friendly and there are tables to sit at inside. The market portion has such a big variety of interesting imported food and sweets to choose from, it was great! I took lots of photos. You can be adventurous and try things you've never tried before or try imported versions of familiar foods. We tried German poppyseed cake which had a nice delicate flavor and was not overly sweet or rich like some American pastries. I wish we lived closer but we will be back for sure!”

“I love their Vegan pizza! Thank you, Fresh Brothers, for providing us with Vegan options. Today was my first visit to this location. We were catching a movie at the Cinépolis movie theater and decided to get something to eat before the movie started. The restaurant is small, clean, with outside seating. They ran out of the Coke Zero in their fountain, so Alexandra immediately took care of it! She also took our order and ensured everything tasted how we liked it.”

“We look forward to visiting Ot Bistro when we are in town seeing our Cal Lu kid. The Pho is spectacular (superb broth), the service is always great, and my egg roll opinionated fam says Ot's are the best.”

“Great food. Fair price. Service was excellent ?I highly recommend the Salgado de Pollo.Chicken soup was superb!!So grateful to have Peruvian food in 1000 oaks !”
Options
“Asian person here. Taiwanese popcorn chicken here hits the spot! It's non-basil variant. No need to look for taiwanese popcorn chicken elsewhere in Conejo Valley. Wish they had dipping sauce though.Milk tea tastes like a powdered variety. Advantage is that it's more consistent. Disadvantage is that the tea flavor is less flavorful and somewhat chalky. Their "dirty milk tea" is a saving grace because I'm a s***** for brown sugar in my milk teas.Takoyaki is pretty good but it'll never beat the best ones in LA.I've never been a fan of Korean cheese corn dog, here or anywhere else.”

“This location is in Westlake Village, on Thousand Oaks Blvd, catty corner to the TO Post Office. The people are always welcoming and great. Location is clean. Service is fast. Food and drinks are consistent.Great place to get together for an informal business meeting. They still have a small supply chain issue with a few items. Prices also seem to keep creeping up. I spent $15 on a coffee drink, egg bites, and a scone. Would I get a better breakfast deal elsewhere? Absolutely. And end up with something more substantial. But I'm aware of that and this is admittedly convenient.”
Options
“This location has excellent lunch time drive through. 2 lanes. Ppl taking orders. Person outside delivering to your car. Hot Hot food.Amazingly the hands on manager & all staff inside & outside looked happy & smiling in this controlled chaos. Thank you very much!Parking: Parking is tight, maneuvering the exit can be tricky so pay attention, drive slow, watch out for pedestrians on their phones.”

“I just had the most delicious salad ever! The southwest salad was amazing ! So fresh and huge, I probably could've had another meal from it but I couldn't resist and ate all of it. My husband had a burger and he loved it. The people that work there were so nice and friendly, will definitely go back!”
Options
“The food is exactly what I expected but that's not what this post is about. We are sitting here in the drive through at 10am on 9/28 and there's an employee scrubbing the sidewalk. He's singing and working really hard and fast and SMILING. A job I'm sure a lot of people would not do. And he's out there just doing his absolute best. I hope management sees this. I hope he gets a promotion.”

Options
“Always such a friendly staff and each time I come here with my puppy they always give him the best pup cup.Parking: It's in a sort of small plaza next to the zoom room so it's just easier to go through the actual drive through.”
Options
“Convenient location, clean environment and fast service....all in all a good option for a quick bite. Prices are a little higher than normal, but we are in the middle of a recession so that's to be expected.”
Options
“So I came in when they hired a new cashier and it was complete Kaos! Got home order was still not right and had to go back and explain i got someone else hamburger! They fix the problem and gave me free milk shakes. Just some advice don't get upset with staff! Stuff happens and if you treat them with kindness and respect! They will not only fix the problem but might give you a little extra for the trouble.”

“My recent experience at this location was my drink was made well and efficiently but the individual who helped me seemed disinterested. Not that they were rude, but I guess I appreciate eye contact and a smile?Again, drink was made well and the place was clean overall including a very tidy bathroom.Parking: There were a few spaces scattered at least 1-2 minutes walk from the store.”

“Nice pizza place to pick-up pizza or have delivered. We love that they offer a vegan pizza. It is an actual crust (not cauliflower based) and the vegan cheese is very good.”

Options
“Me and my fiancee love this place. The food is high quality and fresh. It's a little more expensive than a big chain sandwich place, but it's worth it.”
Options
“This is kind of a hidden gem for food unless you know about it. You'd never know they have a full to go Mexican kitchen in this grocery store. I'd go here more often if it was in my area. Portions are big, food is good, they are fast. But do expect a small line during lunch. You can always order ahead.”

“Food was very good, pizza was great, it's like a thin crust pizza, i guess they used a tortilla. I had the order to go but they were fast. Lots of people inside the restaurant and it looked clean.”
Options
“I've now tried more of their stuff and they're literally the best Mexican restaurant in town. Everything from the menu is great, but oh my gosh, the aguas frescas. THE AGUAS FRESCAS. My girlfriend absolutely hates Horchata, and she ended up literally almost drinking all of mine. I ended up having to go get another one lolIt's a sweet little shop with amazing stuff - you gotta try it!”

“They have the best chile relleno burrito I have ever tried in California. The chili, tortilla and cheese was great with balanced proportions. New Restaurants in Thousand Oaks“The most worth it 36 miles round trip of my life!!! Food was spectacular!!! The pizza! It spoke to my core like it never been spoken to. Taste buds were never been this amazed. Popping flavors! All the ingredients was true to its nature as designed organically. I cannot wait until they open up in Simi Valley. Toppers, you are in in danger. My new favorite pizza place. I ordered the Motorhead (tomato sauce, mozzarella, salami, mushrooms, pepperoni, applewood smoked bacon, Italian sausage, ricotta and basil). It's tangy, savory, salty, sweet, creamy (ricotta) and touch freshness of the basil. It's simply perfect. I can't wait to try the Cal Italia, which won Food Network pizza challenge. Well, while at it I ordered buffalo wings. They're simply on point. Crispy, tangy with a kick. They were awesome! Come on! Open up in Simi Valley NOW! Parking is a little tough. Just a heads up.”

“So nice to have quick option for gluten free and vegetarian. The Strawberry shake was one of the best ever. Both the sweet potato and regular fries were also great. Both totally 5 stars. Burgers (gf) were a solid 4. I’ve had had better and had worse. But the whole place deserves 5 stars for being easily gf and veg and the other items rocked. The outdoor area was super cute. Indoor area was also bright with natural light. Much nicer than other fast food places. We will be back to try other items too.”

“Glad to have a Sweetfin in the area, one of my favorite poke bowl places. Service at this location has always been great and I've never had to wait for an order whether I'm picking up online or going into the location Ingredients are always nice and fresh and the bowls are always well prepared and balanced in flavor. I tried the special red chef beard bowl today, they were out of the sauce but subbed for their Yuzu sauce and it was still really yummy . Lately I've been trying different bowls, I like that they have plat-based options as well for when I'm feeling like doing something different than their fish protein options . This location doesn't have much of a seating area inside but a few tables they share outside. The bowls travel well so good for a quick pick up for lunch or taking it on the go.”

“The chicken sandwiches here are good. If I hadn't had places like Dave's Hot Chicken and Main Chick Hot Chicken, I probably would have rated them 5 stars. The spices weren't as good as other chicken places I've been. I had the hot and x-hot spice levels, which were a little hotter than their counterpart chicken restaurants. Though the heat levels were easily tolerable, the flavor of the spices wasn't as pleasant as other place's. If I eat here again, I will probably try other great levels to see if those taste better. The fries weren't very crispy and were quite disappointing.”

“The chicky options in TO have really exploded this past year and I'm here for it!Hot Motha Clucker is one of the new locations set in the middle of TO Blvd. Located next to Nothing Bundt Cakes, be sure not to miss the only entrance to the shopping center otherwise a U turn will be in your future.Ok, the chicken is great. The nuggs are tasty but I really enjoyed the strips on the texas toast. I've tried both mild and medium heat (I'm a wuss so I prefer the mild). The fries are ok and well seasoned but they aren't anything memorable. Plenty of pickles that were enjoyed by all.I'm already a bit concerned by that location of HMC as this center isn't very convenient. Additionally, a couple of the menu options were recently removed from the first time I visited. Fingers crossed more people check this place out because it's worth a try!”

“Our reservations were at 5:30. We were seated right away and the restaurant was already crowded. Excellent service and food. The Caesar salad was delicious. Sanddabs were very good and my husband's almond crusted fish was delicious. The service was excellent.”

“Parma introduced me to Detroit style and I don’t know how I went my whole life with it now. Crispy edges, amazing sauce, dough light and airy. Tried it at Slice House and Param is better hands down.”

“Service was great the food was great but not enough options on alcoholic beverages, Need local craft beers available. Other than that a great place for Brazilian food. Great places to eat after shopping at Wheelhouse, really gets your appetite going and opens up your taste buds.”

“Tried this place for the first time for lunch today and what a treat it was. The gal working was an absolute sweetheart, so helpful and let me try all the soups. I settled for the black bean soup. It was so delicious. It came with focaccia that was so good! I broke it up into my soup. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Had a pizza and a few beers and they were delicious. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brad, the owner and he was talking about all the smoked meat he was preparing. Can't wait to try some! He told me starting this Friday night they're going to do line dancing. Sounds fun. Brad also told me that it's very easy to accommodate large parties without any notice. Overall a great experience.Parking: Plenty of parking no problem.”
