They have lots of homemade Italian family favorites like guanciale, or hard to find Italian foodstuffs.But the real delight is for under $10 they have the best sandwiches in town, hands down. I get the six inch Italian Deli sandwich anytime I'm around for lunch and it's always the perfect amount of food and a great sandwich for the money.“

“Love Butler's Pizza! Hardworking owner and his family have always greeted my wife and I with a smile and friendly hello. Excellent menu, reasonable prices, delicious food. Their sourdough pizza crust is our favorite, highly recommended! There are lots of pizza options in T.O. and Westlake, but Butler's is our personal choice.“

“Great time here! I loved the food. It really reminds me of the food I had in Italy. My group had the Spicy Chicken Rigatoni, the Eggplant Parmigiana, and a Chopped Antipasto Salad. All were so great and fresh! The server was so attentive and when I asked about catering for an event coming up soon, Ryan (one of the managers) came over and spoke with us and helped us out with options. Really happy with this restaurant and experience!!“

“We used to go to the location in Encino which really went downhill over the years and is now understandably closed. We were so happy to find out that this is the original location, and it is worth the drive. The bread rolls are to die for! So yummy! My personal favorite is the mushroom salad. The small is quite large and plenty for 2 people. The size is true of all of their salads. We also had a chicken parm sandwich that we enjoyed. We were a little disappointed with the pizza. It was pretty greasy so we did not come close to finishing it (one slice and done) and honestly threw what was left out. The restaurant is huge, so lots of seating. The staff is super nice. FYI, surprisingly for a pizza restaurant, they have a huge, full-page vegan menu. Go and enjoy, just try not to fill up on the rolls before your meal shows up. LOL“

“Hands down the best pizza in Thousand Oaks! The staff is fantastic and it smells great when you walk in! Smells like an old school pizzeria! It's clean and inviting, they welcome you like family! I ordered a large pie with pepperoni, sausage and meatballs, a large antipasto & cannolis! All extremely delicious, portions are generous! Will definitely recommend & will absolutely come back! “It is very good authentic Italian food. I’ve had a couple of meals here and they both tasted great. However, they don’t have a very large menu and there were only a few things on the menu that sounded good. It’s also one of the few places I go where none of the appetizers sound too appetizing. It’s not that I think the food will taste bad, it just doesn’t excite me and make me interested in ordering it. The staff is very attentive and helpful. It’s a great restaurant, I just wish they had more things in line with my tastes.“
