“Had a very nice dining experience here for our book club dinner. This is my first time dining at this location.
Our waitress, Jovi, was attentive and prompt. I had the Asian chicken salad while my dinner mates had the tri-tip with sides.
Wood Ranch is always a hit when it comes to catering too, as our family and friends often choose this place to cater events.
Vegetarian options: All the sides are vegetarian and you can get the salads without meat“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an incredible dining experience at Buster's BBQ! Their tri-tip is absolutely phenomenal—perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The spicy sausage is another standout; it has just the right kick that keeps you coming back for more!
What really impressed me were the sides. Their potato salad and macaroni salad are delicious, especially because they aren't overly sweet like most places. It's a nice change that lets the flavors shine through.
The portions are incredibly generous, ensuring you leave with a full belly. Each meal comes with two huge pieces of French bread, which are perfect for soaking up all the delicious sauces.
If you're a BBQ lover, Buster's is a must-visit! Their dining room is very casual, and the staff are very friendly as well. I can't wait to go back and indulge in more of their mouthwatering offerings. Highly recommend!“

“Heat Korean BBQ was super yummy, and the service was awesome! But, gotta be honest, the food was a bit meh on flavor. When we arrived at Heat Korean BBQ, we managed to get seated, but I noticed something the general manager was leaving which I just thought he was taking a break. Turns out, he takes his breaks for two whole hours! As we were leaving, guess who we saw? The same general manager, coming out of his car. Although, he didn’t attend us it was very unprofessional of him to leave and not attend customers. And it was funny how we were mistaken for the wrong entrance but All in all, service was great and food was tasty still, it's a cool spot to check out if you're craving Korean BBQ.“
“A couple of months ago I had some time to kill in Thousand Oaks. I was driving around aimlessly when I saw a sign that said Elks BBQ with an arrow indicating thataway so I decided to check it out. One of the best decisions I've ever made. When I got to the place, there was a serious grill team out front and the meats were really smoking and luring folks in so I parked and followed the masses. There was a moderately long line but it moved pretty fast and finally I was up. I'd already decided to try the tri-tip sandwich and I expected them to be on the small side so I ordered two. They were huge and two people probably could have shared one of them. I did manage to finish one of them and kept the other for later. It was so good, I went back with a friend the next week but they were closed due to a red flag warning. When I found myself in Thousand Oaks again last week, I went straight to the Elks Lodge and got myself another sandwich.I'm not sure if the tri-tip is exactly Santa Maria style but it's perfectly smoked, moist, and full of flavor. Sauce is available but I never used it. In addition to the sandwiches they have pork and beef ribs and maybe chicken with chips and drinks and bottled BBQ sauce on the menu. The sandwiches are eleven bucks each and the ribs are $17 and $25 for a half rack and whole rack respectively.Apparently they have multiple grill teams but the two times I've gone here it's been the same team so there could be some variance in the experience depending on who's cooking.“

“Fun place but chairs are kind of uncomfortable. The backs of the wooden chairs are super straight so you can’t lean back and relax you have to always be sitting forward.“
