“My daughter is in her K-pop era, so anything Korean is very cool to her right now. I love Korean food, so this seemed like a good fit, and it definitely was!

We came in on a Saturday, and the place has a casual, welcoming vibe. The people behind the register seemed like the owners and were super nice. They asked if it was our first visit, walked us through the menu board, and made some great suggestions.

My son isn’t too adventurous with food, so he got chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were huge and delicious! My wife really enjoyed the BBQ beef bowl, and my daughter loved the Galbi burger served on Hawaiian rolls. I got four Korean fusion tacos, which were also delicious. Everyone was happy with their meal.

The service was great, and they even brought us freshly baked cookies at the end of our meal. That was a really nice touch.

“Had my motorcycle serviced in the area and decided to walk here for a quick meal while i wait. Yo the food is bomb. I got the pork belly and it was 10/10. The sauce the restaurant had on it was perfrctly sweet and savory. It really hit the spot. “Let me just start by saying or family loves BBQ. We've traveled all over the south, and check out at least one spot in every city. I never expected to find a place this good, this authentic, in California. The food experience was so phenomenal. Wagyu brisket was my favorite. I'm a traditionalist, I don't like a lot of sauce. This place let's the meat speak for itself. Wonderfully seasoned. My wife was all about the ribs, and they were amazingly moist. She had me try their mustard based sauce and wow, was it good. If your in the area, or not... just make it a destination. You won't be disappointed.“

“That’s what I’m talking about!This is some real serious BBQ. I had the two meat combo, which was pulled pork, brisket with mac & cheese, and baked beans. Let me tell you, I’m real picky when it comes to mac & cheese, and this was killer! The baked beans were awesome too. “Great Mongolian food in Simi Valley! Excellent value for the money with the $19.99 all-you-can-eat special, available all day, including weekends. We came on Saturday night for dinner. The AYCE option includes egg drop soup, but pita bread is not included.

The waitress was very friendly, and the service was great! The food selection is fairly simple, but everything was very tasty, and we really enjoyed our time here.

They also have a good selection of beverages and a separate bar area. The bathrooms were clean, although the floor was a little sticky. Overall, the restaurant was clean and comfortable.

We definitely recommend this place if you’re in the mood for good Mongolian BBQ, especially since there aren’t many restaurants offering this type of AYCE option. They also have a separate Chinese food menu, although those items are not part of the AYCE option.“

“The food was amazing. Got the crispy shawarma with chicken and I was taken for a ride to flavor city. Idk what wizardry they did in the kitchen but I was hooked at the first bite.

The crispy shawarma with beef was pretty good too. It is cooked with a little lamb fat, so it was slightly gamey. Not really what I like, but if you like lamb then you'll probably really like the beef.

I also got a chicken thigh plate. It's your standard chicken plate that you'd get at Mediterranean places. Char on the chicken tasted great as well as the chicken itself. I'm not usually the biggest fan of hummus but the hummus here tasted better than other places.

Next time I'd probably just get one crispy shawarma chicken. It's pretty filling. Can't wait to come again!“

“My wife and I (I'm Korean, she's Irish American) ordered the real deal galbi (not AYCE) and she was very satisfied. The place was super clean and it was busy but the service was great. I actually thought the best thing I ate for lunch was the shrimp/vegetable tempura. It brought me back to my mom's/grandmom's cooking. I would be excited to go back and try other dishes. It's definitely not as fancy as Park's but definitely a quality, authentic KBBQ restaurant.“

“honestly i loved this place. we got the kalbi and it was super tender with that perfect char on the outside. the side dishes kept coming and i couldnt stop eating the kimchi, it was so good. my wife got the galbi jjim and she didnt say a word until her plate was clean. im already thinking about when we can come back next.“

“Black bean fish was superb! It came out hot and fresh in the fish was so fluffy and flavorful in the sauce. It was delightful. I grew up ordering house special fried rice, but my husband prefers chicken fried rice. Most times I’m disappointed and longing for my childhood staple but this chicken fried rice was actually flavorful and delicious. The chicken was very fresh and tender. Now, unfortunately, I ordered the roast duck and roast pork plate and left most of it on the table. It may be because it was the end of the day, but it was very lackluster. It tasted stale. The skin was not crispy and we almost asked to have it taken off the bill, but I did eat a lot of the duck so we just know not to order it again. The duck was at least edible. The pork was not. It was just so dry and lacked flavor. The skin looked crispy, but it was not crispy at all. It was leathery.“

“The Food is fresh and delicious. They still serve whole grain rice with beans for more protein and fiber. The side dishes are good too and you can always ask for more. The meat and soups are seasoned just right, not too salty. Menu prices for lunch and dinner are fair and the service is friendly and attentive. A great restaurant if you want good Korean food!“

The food has stayed consistent throughout those years. And that’s saying something.
I can come here and always know what I order is going to have the same excellent quality as it always does.

Here are my top orders.
Vegetarian falafel.
Perfectly seasoned and crafted falafels.
Wrapped into a pita with yogurt sauce, lettuce and tomato. Very simple yet absolutely delicious and fresh.

Cheddar melt burger.
Pretty good sized burger.
Meet is seasoned well. Cheese is in fact melted lol.
This burger definitively isn’t lacking in flavor.

Fries.
Their thick cut fries are from the same distributor as Malibu Seafood. If you ever are craving them. And you’ve been there. You know how good they are.

“Amazing place, this is my 2nd time here and I love this place. The food is amazing, I went to celebrate my son's graduation here they took care of every one in our party( 11 in total) is very different from other Korean BBQ Restaurants I've visit, I feel I enjoyed the food more, is a very small place but the experience make it worth the lack of ambiance.
I will definitely will be coming back.
I don't know how much is for each individual plate because I had 11 people in my party and we just ordered until everyone was satisfied but it was worth every penny.
The serves make sure you get everything you need, I ordered the marinated beef it was very juice, they lack on variety of choices but it still gives you the whole Korean bbq feel, they provide you with onions, jalapenos and garlic per request, also their salad is AMAZING. It is it not luxurious as other BBQ places.
I still find the meat on this places a much better quality than other Korean BBQ places., I will definitely be coming back.“
