Marcelo was incredible. He met with me well in advance to plan logistics. He was very easy-going, responded quickly and the food he prepared at our wedding was incredible. The authentic Argentine barbecue, I hired them for a wedding of more than 100 people and everyone was fascinated by the quality and flavor of the food. Punctual, excellent communication and service. Marcelo the griller is a genius. 100% recommended.

Food and Service 10 out of 10! This is our second event booked with Marcelo and crew. From the first call, he was the upmost professional, very attentive and responsive. Our event was held in Santa Ynez, Ca. Marcelo & crew arrived at 6:30 am to service food by 3 pm. From beginning to end, theses guys got their stuff down.
