“I highly recommend this cute little coffee shop. The service is fantastic and the staff is very interesting to chat with. I had a delicious iced coffee and left with a huge chocolate dipped strawberry. The experience took me back to traveling through Europe! I'm definitely going to stop by here again!!“
“Wedding Anniversary cake turned out perfect. Looks just like our reference photo. Delicious buttercream, excellent cake, and beautiful. Exactly what we were hoping for. All the guests loved it. Dee is professional, kind, & answered all of our many questions. Would absolutely order again for future events.“
“This is where we get cakes and cookies when we want to level up our hosting game or show up at someone’s house with something gorgeous and decadent. Definitely a huge step up from your average grocery store bakery and that’s reflected in the pricing, but depending on your needs, totally worth it.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bakery items too.“
“We tried several items on the menu and all were amazing. Blueberry muffin, pizza, avocado toast with salmon, fresh made baguettes and chocolate croissants. Meet the owner and she was so sweet. Even though she was busy, she stoped and chatted with us. Totally recommend this restaurant.“
“Ty Isabelle for having such wonderful tasting treats and breads. Your establishment is very clean and wonderful service. The price is very low and you and your staff are so kind helpful and nice. Isabelle takes her time to help you decide and is very good about making sure her staff is friendly. I highly recommend.“
“The quintessential, ideal local donut shop. Always fresh, always delicious across a wide spectrum of offerings, and very reasonably priced (this is no bougie Sidecar-esque joint, just outstanding, classic donuts). Parking is free and easy, the proprietors are nice, they're open long hours, I honestly can't think of a single negative thing about it. It's to the point where I find myself making excuses to come grab their donuts any time I can. I've tried most of their offerings in the 3 years since I moved to the area, and you really can't go wrong with anything...but if I had to pinpoint my personal favorites, it's gotta be the glazed buttermilk bar, the chocolate chip roll, and the old-fashioned. I hope this place is here forever.“
“One of my favorite Donut shops in Thousands Oaks CA. This bakery is quite popular with the locals. . I began coming here in December 2021. The donuts are so ? DELICIOUS ? that you will be tempted to purchase a dozen !!. The average price for a ??? can set you back ?2.00-3.00. Trust me ...they are one of the best in this city. . Second they taste fresh ..and not too sugary or oily flavored. The couple who operate the shop are very friendly and the bakery is always clean. The store is situated in a shopping plaza... so it's first come, first serve..in regards to parking. You can also park on the curb corner or the office plaza next door after 5pm. They also sell coffee, cold drink's and lottery tickets. They stay open..until 7 or 8pm. The donuts they have are from glazed, bacon flavored, rice crispy, croissants, rolls, chocolate ??? , caramel, chocolate, chips and a variety. They have seating,,that fits about 5-9 people... I uploaded some more pictures...just to wet your whistle.“
“The manager reached out to me and really went above and beyond to make things right. So thankful for that and I do think they will be extra cautious to make sure the gender reveal cakes are correct. I will return to this store and purchase more cakes in the future.“
“If you have yet to try Historia Bakery Café in Thousand Oaks, you're missing out on some truly great coffee creations. The beans are perfectly roasted, and unusual menu items like Los Cubano (double shot with brown sugar and crema) and the Blueberry Lavender Latte are a real treat. Don't forget the actual treats, though. Omfg, the pastries. All are, in a word, incredible. The lemon bars are subtly sweet/tart, not overpowering, and the croissant creations are expertly flaky. Also fantastic are the breakfast sandwiches. All of this is enough to keep us coming back, but today we spent some time chatting with Robyn, the delightful proprietress. This amazing woman works 7 DAYS A WEEK, and her commitment shows in the warm atmosphere and truly spectacular food and bevs. Run, do not walk, to check out Historia! If you're not impressed, you may want to have your taste buds tested!“
