“I at first didn't realize this was a Baskin-Robbins, just because of the sign being different from what I'm use too seeing on a Baskin Robbins. Overall, great service, straight to the point. After my group and I got our ice cream, we sat at the provided table that was available inside. One thing I would say is that it's easy to miss the ice cream flavors that's on the left side because it's placed in an angle where you don't think there's more ice cream, but there is. Overall, clean, friendly service and great environment to eat ice cream at.“
“I was so excited to hear that this Baskin Robbins was reopening, so I took my kids to the grand reopening and it was everything I wanted. First off, they had $.31 ice cream scoops and special activities like a DJ and prize wheel. Those were fun, but the main star was still the ice cream. There are many ice cream shops out there, but Baskin-Robbins has mastered the art of combining flavors. It's like you can taste one of the flavors and automatically know where it comes from. That is especially true for their peanut butter chocolate ice cream. With huge gobs of peanut butter in a creamy chocolate ice cream base, there's nothing like it.The store itself is pretty basic, with a few tables and chairs, but the two cases of ice cream flavors really stand out. In addition, they also serve ice cream cakes and ice cream clowns, that are always fun. The staff is very friendly and will allow you to taste as many different flavors as you'd like.If you have not visited Baskin-Robbins in a while, make any excuse to go again. You will not regret it.“
“You can't beat a good bowl of ice cream, particularly on a hot day. Especially when it's custom built to order. Lots of "toppings" available to be mixed in. Choose your own favorites, or choose from the menu. You can't go wrong off their menu.“
“We can't rave enough about Kaye's Cake Designs! We had a last minute thought to get a Mother's Day custom cake made with figures of my Brother, Sister and I as kids. Kaye even included our cat. She matched the pictures we sent in perfectly and even had us wearing the exact same outfits. She is so very talented and the attention to detail was amazing. We couldn't stop looking at it. We didn't even want to eat it because the cake so was beautiful but we are glad we did. Best cake I've ever tasted. Thanks Kaye for making my Mom's Mother's Day so special! :)“
“We have been coming here for years!Yesterday was my daughter's Sweet 16, we ordered her favorite flavor cupcakes, strawberry shortcake, chocolate cookie dough, and banana Pudding. “Their ice cream is good but I've never felt inclined to leave a review until my experience last night. I went in to order a shake for my boyfriend who hasn't been feeling well. There was a pretty large group of kids in there and a couple of their parents, maybe 12 people total. I have anxiety and ended up feeling very overwhelmed and had to step out until they all left. I went back in and tried to keep my composure but started having a bit of a panic attack. Right as I was trying to order I started crying a little bit and I apologized. The young, dark haired girl working was very compassionate and kept asking me if I needed water or anything, and kept making sure I was okay. In a moment like that where I felt so helpless (and very embarrassed), her kindness made all the difference, so thank you! Also, I asked for his shake to be made on the thicker side and it turned out perfect.“

“Our go too Baskin robins in simi, always clean, fun and the best customer service. Very nice workers and accommodating. I brought in all my 7 grandkids for the promotion of $.99 cent kids cones. The promotion was per customer so it would have had to a been 1 transaction per one but they went to bat for us and let us pay all at once. My grandkids had the best Ice cream time ever here.
