“Holy smokes! This is the greatest Baskin-Robbins I’ve ever been to! Not only was the ice cream DELICIOUS, but the employees were friendly, helpful, and most importantly, KIND. I patronize this location 2 times a week MINIMUM. During my most recent visit to this wonderful establishment, I ordered a kids double scoop and the two flavors I chose were to DIE for. My first scoop was ROCKY ROAD and my second was BASEBALL NUT (I love my cashews). Both made my tum-tum say “yum yum.”“

They recently did a remodel that makes the spot looks absolutely stunning so on off time we will go in grab a waffle cup between shifts. “I went the other day to order some empandas to try (carne and pollo) but was really late....I decided to go back the next day to try them and boy am I addicted. I went again this morning on the way home from work and got fresh baked. Definitely recommend this place all the workers were helpful and very knowledgeable about what ingredients are in each selection. The green spicy sauce is what definitely makes this a must as well.“

Menchie’s in Valencia is truly amazing! We visit frequently with our kids and are always impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. The bar and toppings area are spotless, and the tables are well-maintained. The staff is exceptional, and Jennie stands out as a warm and welcoming presence. She's incredibly helpful, reminding us about our rewards and informing us of upcoming bonus points. In February, she provided us with great insights on what’s coming next!

Jennie’s friendly demeanor and constant smiles make our visits even more enjoyable. The machines are always in working order, and there's always ample seating for us to relax and enjoy our treats. We love Menchie’s for the perfect family atmosphere.

“I needed to find a cake last minute for my stepdad's 75th birthday. I was driving around near my hairdresser, looking for one at 2pm Saturday, party that evening. Drove past this place and OMG I'M SO HAPPY I DID! They had the most beautiful cakes ready to go. I chose one that was part chocolate, part nutella. Delicious, light, airy-everyone remarked how it was a better cake than they were used to at a party and that it was so tasty! I will be back! Service was quick and helpful.“

“Honestly, I had such a great experience at Baskin Robbins. I went in for my birthday scoop, and the staff treated me with so much patience and kindness that I actually felt a little less lonely. The cashier was super cool and flexible about my ice cream choices, and the woman making the cones was so thoughtful and gentle with everything she did. “We came to Baskin Robins specifically to try their Dubai Chocolate inspired shake and sundae.

They were both very good and definitely full of texture and Dubai Chocolate flavors. It could have a little more pistachio cream in the middle of sundae. Dubai Chocolate is one of my favorites and I loved them.

They weren’t too busy but we brought ours home. Good customer service.“

“We had a wonderful experience at this Baskin-Robbins! We ordered 24 boxes of prepackaged ice cream bars (four per box) for a school fundraiser, and Lucy was incredibly helpful throughout the process.

We prepaid, and they kindly boxed up our order and kept it in the freezer until pickup the following week. We were so glad they reserved everything for us because they were nearly out of stock when we returned! Lucy also helped us at pickup and made everything easy.

The manager, Ziq, introduced himself and encouraged us to reach out if we needed more ice cream for future fundraisers. We really appreciated the friendly service and willingness to accommodate our order.
