I ordered a shake and an ice cream today, but only the ice cream was delivered. The shake was missing from my order.
About 8:30pm today I found it absolutely outrageous that the sales assistants were selling ice cream that was nearly melted—either the freezers weren't working properly, or I don't know what was going on. Luckily, I noticed it before I paid. When I pointed it out, they apologized, but I told them they should have warned me about the condition of the ice cream before serving it. And they charge a high price for it, too.
I went to cold stone yesterday for my dad’s birthday to get ice cream with him and quite frankly I was disappointed. The atmosphere when I walked in didn’t seem customer oriented, there were only two people behind the counter that felt like they were taking longer than they should’ve been considering there was only one person ahead of us, and when they finally took my order with my dad, the girl taking my order shot me a dirty look that I didn’t understand. However, the store has some issues with its operating hours and payment methods, with doors sometimes being locked earlier than the listed closing time and no acceptance of Apple Pay. Despite these drawbacks, customers can enjoy their treats on the patio on a sunny day.
