“This location gets very packed at breakfast and lunch time. They do have a drive through so I suggest you to go through the drive through if you want to get your order faster than others waiting in store.

I come here mostly during off rush hours. It’s been quite ok. Quiet and cool. I have noticed that most of the Starbucks locations around here hire young people. Guys give them a chance at working. I have a teen daughter who also worked at a cafe place in high school and had gone through some rough times. They need to grow up with some encouragement. If they have made mistakes on your orders, bring them back for exchange. If it still doesn’t work guess that’s where you pull the bad reviews.”

“Been going here since it used to be in Sherman Oaks. Glad they moved with us.
While all their food is great. Their flourless chocolate cake is easily the best chocolate cake in the world. Way better than Sacher in Vienna. But yes, those are two different kinds of chocolate cake. Also, their sauces are wonderful. And I always try to get the beef Wellington if it's available. But also love the stroganoff, stuffed mushrooms, and macadamia nut halibut. Prices are amazingly low for the quality level. Normally food at this level is much higher priced. I wouldn't recommend getting the food to go though. It just doesn't taste the same once it's boxed up. Also seems like you don't get as much. And sometimes you have to wait long for the To go's. You need to just sit there relax and eat. Many of the servers are very nice. We've only really not liked one of the servers and we haven't seen him in a while, so maybe he isn't there anymore. The place gets busy and they are good at being responsive. I think my biggest complaint would be the guests, some of them are stuck up. The guests could be nicer and have less of an attitude. Maybe it's the area. Also, I think their reviews should be a little higher than what I am seeing. Maybe the guests don't want their secret out, or maybe it is related to their attitude.”

So, we stopped by to visit some friends that live in the area and they offered to pick up some pizza for dinner and we said sure!

We stopped and picked up a few from this place and headed back to their place to visit. We couldn't get over how delicious these pizzas were, Oh My!

“If you came here when they first opened and weren't impressed, I recommend giving them another chance. I think it took me a year to come back, but it was so good (and reasonably priced) that I ended up ordering from here about 3 times within that week. The quality of the meat (chicken specifically) is where I noticed the most improvement. Don't know if it's a different supplier or they're just cooking it better, but it's worth trying the platters and shawarma. Also recommend ordering the platter in person at least once if you're able to. They have a nice set up where you can build your own platter on the spot so it's highly customizable and the staff is super friendly.”

“I just went for a 2nd time last night (1st time was last year) and oh my gosh this place is awesome! not only is the food absolutely delicious and there's a huge variety of things you could get but the service is fantastic and the servers and owner- a young lady we met, are all so nice and helpful and considerate. Throw in the prices are so reasonable compared to many. I so wish there was one closer to my home over on the west side of L.A.,. but I'll just have to make the trip more often!”

Much better comfort and variety than other version waaay down the road on Ventura Blvd. Their mushroom soup is to die for, and they have not only a soy sauce but a YUZU bottle on the table!”
