For dessert the "wonder bar" is a must!”

I got just two patties with cheese. I went back and asked for the notions and says I had to pay extra for. I got two sauce packets, lettuce and tomato in a packet then the guy brought me a packet with onions. All Al a cart. This was the first time this happened. I have had to eat off a napkin or the paper packets.”

“Food is decent. I mainly get the large shrimp and chips because they are huge and always cooked perfectly. I feel like the batter doesn't have a lot of seasoning but the natural flavor of the shrimp makes up for it. I have tried the fish and chips before and the lack of seasoning in the batter works better with the shrimp in my opinion. I wasn't a fan of the flavor of the fish. They give a lot of fries but they also need salt which can be added to your liking. If not for the large shrimp and chips this would probably get a 3 but the shrimp brings it up to a 4.”

“I am a big fan of breakfast burritos, have tried them just about everywhere in the area and this is one of the best I’ve had. Fresh, lots of egg and bacon and no fillers like potato. Very reasonably priced. Owners and staff are incredibly nice. I go back often and highly suggest it.”

Nice outdoor seating if you don’t want to be indoors; the cute menu includes vegetarian options and nice cocktails (though not poured deep); we lived our options. I got the impossible taco salad (Impossible crumbles replaced regular hamburger taco meat); my son had a Pepperoni flatbread; he pointed out to us that (per the menu)a dollar from every sale of that pizza goes to children’s charities. Gotta like a place that gives back! 💙 The Reuben was phenomenal. The wait staff was pleasant, courteous, and cheerful. We will be back!”

“Been to other locations for Tifa. But this was our first visit to his location. There is a nice fountain right outside of the store so it would be a nice experience to sit by the fountain and enjoy the gelato.

The inside of this store is nice, pretty similiar to the other location nearby. You can get board games and hang out a bit in the cool air conditioning.

We got two samples and my daughter ordered a small cup. She liked the flavors. It would have been better if the greetings were a bit warmer. Really there wasn’t much, not even hello or a smile from either server of the day. I have been to a few places in a day and this was the only one that was a bit off.

Overall this is a nice place to get gelato.”

This place is now at the top of my list too in Westlake. Hard to find a great sandwhich places and I finally did. The flavors, the Variety of Sandwhiches along with holiday sandwiches to choose from. In this case Thanksgiving sandwhich was available for a limited time but it was so yummy. A place you dont want to miss visiting for sure.”

There’s plenty of parking, that’s never an issue.
Upon walking in I was greeted immediately.
The interior is very clean and has good seating.

The menu is easy to understand and the ordering counter is simple.

I’ve had mostly everything from here. And what’s funny about it. Is I feel their chicken quesadilla is one of the best in the entire US.
Something simple KEPT simple. And it does SO well.
Chicken is always tender, fresh and seasoned very well.
Right amount of cheese.
Not greasy at all.

So would I recommend this place?
Absolutely.
If you want some good Americanized Mexican food.
This is definitely a go to.
By no means is it authentic what so ever.
But is it fresh? Yes.
Does it have flavor? Absolutely.

“This place is absolutely amazing. When I first learned about it I tried it out and was obsessed. Since then I’ve moved to the Pacific Northwest, moved back, and moved to the southwest. Every time I’m back in town I make sure to eat here at least twice. Trust me, most other states don’t have Mediterranean food like this. The portions are very generous and one plate is normally two meals for me. Their toum (Lebanese garlic sauce) is incredible. It’s so good in fact that every time I’m in there, customers literally argue with the cashier to get more. It’s simple, if you specify how many side of toum you want, they will sell it to you. I’ve ordered ten sides and as long as you pay for it, it’s yours. Their hummus is also really delicious. I always get the spicy shawarma but anything there is good. I recommend this location because you can sit outside near the fountain but it’s always just as good when you order to-go.”

You can tell how much pride they take in their work with every plate that comes out. “I come to this place every Friday and that is not an exaggeration, I absolutely love this place. Everything on the regular and specials menu is amazing and I’m always finding something new. The margaritas are always terrific and Jordan, the bartender/unofficial face if Los Agaves, is super nice and often times knows my family’s drink/food order even before we do.

Also, the manager, Carlos, always does a great job taking care of all the tables, checking in occasionally throughout the meal.

Our go-to is the “Fancy”..It’s basically a Margherita style pizza with their amazing pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella and tons of basil.
The pizza at Prince Street is a little pricey but the quality makes up for it.
Several draft beers are available and nothing goes better with a good pizza than a nice cold beer.
I wish they had a little more seating inside the restaurant but for some reason they have a whole corner of the seating area taken up by a small arcade. Wasted space in my opinion. There is however plenty of tables outside with gorgeous views of the surrounding hills.
Having watched pizza places come and go in and around Thousand Oaks we have luckily found our new spot.
