Great location and beautiful facilities. Staff are very welcoming. There are many classes to choose from. My favorites are spyn, yoga, Zumba and high fitness. Many people love the boot camp and swimming. There are many classes open for children too and the kids zone is wonderful for kids while parents/guardians are working out. It’s still getting back to it’s pre-pandemic shape. With more enrollment, we will have even more choices for fitness.
This cafe inside the YMCA has the best wraps and smoothies. I love the owners and appreciate the care they put into making the food and drinks. I now stop by when I’m in the area, even if I’m not working out. You have to try it!!
