This is for the Westlake Village store on Lindero Canyon specifically. Good location. Plenty of parking. Great people.There's generally consistency when you order the same items, so you know what you're getting. The food is fresh, but just seems uninspired. Different salads taste the same with some minor variances. This is probably due more to corporate decisions than their local creation.Biggest problem I have is with cleanliness. The young men and women that work here are outstanding. Jaden, Clark, and Jacob are great: super nice, efficient, and keep the place going. This location is clean and well staffed. The management of the place needs some work. You can literally stand at the counter for 5+ minutes while management looks at you from the back but doesn't even acknowledge your existence. You know when you're travelling and start to feel sick, run down, starved of nutrients and comfort? That's what led to my first Panera meal. If you're weak from hunger but everything sounds nasty go have a soup and sammie. It's great! I'll be having this again!
