The number of homeless living in this Panera is sad. One lady moved into the large stall of the bathroom, leaving only the miniature stall available (which was gross).Another homeless guy moved into the back table with his large computer, disturbing music, and frozen meals aflow. He left with another customer out the side door by the bathrooms and returned to take an "induced nap".Maybe keep that back door locked so you can better monitor the foot traffic. There's obviously a known thing going on here.

I visited this Panera yesterday and realize a disturbing trend among the last three of these restaurants. Filthy. Floors, tables condiment stand all dirty I don't think I'll try another Panera Bread.

Panera Potato Chips?Panera Apple?Last time I ordered my chili with bread, it was stale ( even in the middle) and clearly cut too far in advance. BREAD is in their name!! This time, they were out of bread altogether after we'd placed our order through Panera's app. Note: both orders were placed in the early evening not too early or late during dinner hours. Also, Panera doesn't offer a link to leave customer reviews on their receipts.

Soup serving was shockingly small. Turkey was on the edge of being frozen on the sandwich. When I asked about the half of a half bowl of soup they told me that’s how it comes.
Horrible. Always something missing. Never again I’m done with the over priced service. 0 starsCan’t even get a basic turkey sandwich right. Never again

You know when you're travelling and start to feel sick, run down, starved of nutrients and comfort? That's what led to my first Panera meal. If you're weak from hunger but everything sounds nasty go have a soup and sammie. It's great! I'll be having this again!
