I had the vegan tan tan ramen. It comes with impossible meat which turned out to just be a few crumbles, maybe a tablespoon’s worth. It was a bit disappointing in contrast to my husband’s ramen that had plenty of chicken in it. Flavor was good, just disappointed with the lack of protein at the price.
The spicy tonkotsu ramen was really good. The broth tasted deep and the karaage chicken was crispy and had a good distinct sauce flavor which I enjoyed it
