I come to this store occasionally after gym with my friends. We usually order from the app for faster service. Also, sometimes there are discounts on the app that is not available in store.
I have always had some difficulty placing order through the app. Today after I customized my drink and selected a coupon the app erased my order and I had to go through it again. Love this place but lately seems like their mobile ordering is down. And when you go to order walk in, turns out their espresso machines aren't working. Its a hit or miss lately. Employees are amazing & its not their fault corporate dosent address the issue.
