This place needs to get their act together! Sure there's plenty of parking when you can find it. So that makes this place inconvenient. The past four times I've come to this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf ( I only go TO CB&TL. This location and the Thousand Oaks location are the worst two Coffee Bean and Tea Leaves I've ever been too!) Today once again their apps was down so I had no way to pay for my coffee. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Their either completely closed or their computers are down so I cant use my app to pay for my coffee! This morning thinking I was going to get coffee again I was sorely mistaken once again this place is complete nightmare.

Just had a regular Coffee and Croissant while working on my laptop. The coffee tastes much better than other coffee chains.
Great atmosphere, quality coffee and friendly staff. Every time we go now we see homeless people camped out by the entrance ordering nothing and making a filthy mess.

Chains for the worse! No more blended chai latte's at Coffee Bean (corporate decision) and the redesign of the store is a huge "mistake" loss of the community gathering place. Guess it's off to Starbucks. What a bummer.
