The online ordering service here is atrocious.I've come here for sit down dinners a lot and never had much issues. I've also been to a lot of pick up stix and ordered online. So I think it's safe to say that the service I had with, and others had by other reviews, the mobile ordering at this store was bad. Took about 10 minutes to get the food that was done at 6pm. Actually pretty good fast cazh Chinese-ish restaurant that has become a regular indulgence for us. Almost always taken to go, ordering is easy on their app, and everything is custom made to order. They even usually get special requests right. Better than Panda Express, and food doesn't sit out.I wish they had more variety, but can't complain. Their rewards program is excellent, and we get many free entrees over the course of months.One request: more gluten free dishes!
