“I was at a brunch for a political organization. The buffet they offered was outstanding and delicious. After our meeting was over, I noticed the place was jumping with lots of locals coming in for lunch. The view of the lake is breathtaking, and it was just an overall terrific experience.“
“We tried lots of different dishes and all were excellent! Rice chicharron, chicken karaage, vegetable gyoza, were great starters. All of the nigiri was fresh and delicious. We also had the sakura and chokoreeto desserts with peppermint tea and they were both fantastic as well!“
“The online ordering service here is atrocious.I've come here for sit down dinners a lot and never had much issues. I've also been to a lot of pick up stix and ordered online. So I think it's safe to say that the service I had with, and others had by other reviews, the mobile ordering at this store was bad. Took about 10 minutes to get the food that was done at 6pm. Although my food was done the entire time I was inside, it was impossible to get the staffs attention to get the food. I made eye contact with multiple staff while I was standing at the counter. Eventually I noticed that got the food, but turns out they messed up my order and gave me the wrong food, but after I got home.I wouldn't recommend anyone use the online ordering at this store. It would probably be quicker to just order in store and wait for it.“
“I’ve worked in the Thousand Oaks area for over 20 years and have gone to many different restaurants during those years. This one stands out as one of the very best in terms of service, freshness of menu selections, ability to have a conversation without overwhelming loud music and noise, and ambience. The menu selection is varied so there’s something for everyone. Boroka and Jorge have created something truly special with their gem of a restaurant. I rate it as my favorite.“
“We live quite a distance from this cafe, but if we get a chance we will drive all the way here for delicious Taiwanese food. I love how the owner remembers us over more than 10 years. :). She is so sweet and remembers her customers. We especially love the popcorn chicken with veggies, egg, and rice. Boba is delicious too! There is a little gift shop there with things that are handmade. There are lots of tables in there.“
“Great All Vegan Thai restaurant in Thousand Oaks, where there aren't a whole lot of vegan options. We had the:- fried tofu pad thai medium: which was pretty great, a little on the sweet side but I'm picky on pad thai, haha.- fried Brussels sprouts: these were great, crispy but not overcooked, well seasoned and a nice drizzle on top- vegetable tempura (not pictured): these were also great, fresh and crispy with a nice dipping saucePrice is very fair and on the cheaper side, especially for being vegan. They have multiple protein options (soy beef, chicken, shrimp, etc.) for every dish which is great, and offer fried or steamed tofu as well.Easy parking in the strip mall lot out front, lots of tables and booths and the service was very nice .5/5 for meVegetarian options: Entire menu is VeganDietary restrictions: Entire menu is vegan, so no dairy, eggs, meat, fish, honey, poultry, etc.Ask server for other specific allergens such as sesame, wheat, etc.Parking: Plenty of open spots out front of the restaurant, located in a large shopping center.“
“My favorite Pho in the area! The broth has the perfect blend of spices and seasonings. The rich flavor is enhanced by the addition of shrimp which are large, tender and plentiful. Or, choose from a variety of beef or chicken, or just broth and noodles. I love the generous size served in authentic dish ware. Plus it is unlimited noodles! Who does that? These super nice people do! I also love the shrimp spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce, the lettuce and mint are tender and the sauce has a unique zing. In the mood for fries? Parmesan truffle fries here hit the spot. Shoestring thin, super hot, crispy on outside but a little tender inside and a liberal helping of shaved fresh Parmesan with the truffle oil and herbs on top. You will leave feeling satisfied I promise you.“
“Beachside restaurant with great food and impeccable service, and the ambience can't be beat. You must try their "KUROZATO" dessert, so delicious. Only down point is that for vegetarians there are only 2 Sushi options which has average taste. In terms of reservations, it's hard to get but sometimes they do accept walk-ins.“
“The Conejo Valley is limited when it comes to fine dining. If you've been looking for a higher end dining experience, a place to celebrate a special occasion, or a romantic date spot, this restaurant won't disappoint. I don't want to give away spoilers, but this place is an experience where details and quality are exceptional.“
“This place is so legit. All of our dishes were out of this world yum. We had crispy tuna cut roll, spam musubi, chicken pho, chicken larb, and the Mongolian beef noodles. You have to come and try this place. We're definitely coming back.“
