I've lived in the Westlake area for years, and Bonibi has become my go-to coffee shop. I also want to be transparent that I'm good friends with the owners, so take that into account when reading this. The reason I'm still leaving a review is because I've had a front-row seat to how incredibly hard they worked to open this business during COVID, and I've watched them continue to invest in improving both the quality of their coffee and the experience they provide for their customers.
