These might be the most rude and lazy employees I have ever seen in the service industry.I was baffled beyond belief with how unprofessional they handled my simple issue and the attitude I received that came with it. The chipotle app had a software issue and none of the employees were willing to resolve my issue in a Reasonable manner. Stingy with portions.. even though i didnt get meat, cheese or sour cream. (The most expensive costs for them) had to ask for double to get barely a single serving.. as someone who previously worked at chipotle for 4 years i know exactly what 1 portion looks like and this is barely cutting it for a single portion despite asking for extra on everything. I came here to get chipotle for my Gma for the first time and I haven’t been in awhile but the portions are skimpy, the steak was chewy, the chicken had pork in it and the level scoop of the browning guac had most of it stuck to the spoon. I will not be eating here again ???
