This woman, who I’m assuming is the manager given her button up collared shirt, is just plain rude. After a few less-than-happy exchanged words, she went to grab the chips and literally threw them at the handle bag with our bowls saying “here”. Would’ve been easier if you threw them at us. It would’ve taken 3 seconds of your time to put them in the bag.

They put half a scoop of meat and when you ask for extra, they add another half scoop while charging double meat. Workers look and talk rude at you and while blatantly scamming you. Prices constantly go up and quality goes down

Food was good but only 2 oz of meat when its supposed to be 4 and also they were stingy with the rice too. Much better locations than this and the blonde weird person was very rude. Maybe a guy or girl idk

Went to chipotle at about 10 o’clock to all the employees goofing off no fresh food and empty dishes. When asked female employee if there was fresh food she was rude and pointed at the food and said it’s fresh. I asked how fresh.. 30mins to an hour she said!! That’s gross!! No food was even being made and all the employees were just goofing off and not working. Terribly managed at this hour by totally non working and rude employees. The workers of this establishment need to be rinsed. If i were the owner I’d personally step in and do something because it’s CRAP!

Seems like other reviews are fairly accurate. Service is rough. They try and move you too fast and end up messing up orders or creating a hostile environment with customers. Management needs help. It’s not the front line’s fault, they’re doing what is told to them. Do better chipotle leadership team.

I came here to get chipotle for my Gma for the first time and I haven’t been in awhile but the portions are skimpy, the steak was chewy, the chicken had pork in it and the level scoop of the browning guac had most of it stuck to the spoon. I will not be eating here again ???

These might be the most rude and lazy employees I have ever seen in the service industry.I was baffled beyond belief with how unprofessional they handled my simple issue and the attitude I received that came with it. The chipotle app had a software issue and none of the employees were willing to resolve my issue in a Reasonable manner. Just Rude and nasty and when asking for the employees names they told me they don’t have to give me their names.I eat chipotle all the time you would think Westlake village would have higher standards ?

Stingy with portions.. even though i didnt get meat, cheese or sour cream. (The most expensive costs for them) had to ask for double to get barely a single serving.. as someone who previously worked at chipotle for 4 years i know exactly what 1 portion looks like and this is barely cutting it for a single portion despite asking for extra on everything. Honestly without the meat and dairy my order probably comes to about $1 worth of ingredients at most lmaonext time I'm just walking out at the end. let the incompetent manager breathing down their neck know if they wanna be stingy about their cheapest ingredients then they can toss out the whole bowl they already made and make $0 on it. More people should.As an ex employee thats worked between a few in ventura & LA county i know There's 2 types of chiptoles. Ones that work smoothly, with a good team and management that works together, and reasonably knows when to cut off "that" customer asking for too much, and have no problem satiating the demand knowing they'll have to prep more regardless.and those that are either micromanaged to hell where the workers are anxious of getting written up for giving 1 actual company standard portion, or too lazy to keep prepping more for the demand so try sliding by giving the least amount possible (or a mix of both) even coming an hour before dinner rush. This one's definitely the latter.It sucks because I've been here last year and they were great. Maybe a new manager or something idk. But definitely disappointed spending what's equal to about 45 minutes of my labor for the child's portion I got today.

For the cost of food I at MINIMUM want the amount that is advertised. How can you call this a large bag of chips? Skimping on overpriced food is a good reason to not come back
