The yogurt is the most delicious kind I have ever eaten. The staff is amazing! They are always kind and helpful. I hope it opens again soon! I miss going there.

Taste of yogurt, great! Service from surfer dude behind the counter, good! (Nice, helpful, knew the right things to say... Genuine smile.) Style and layout of the shop, good! Name of the shop, awesome! They have a nice patio as well as inside seating, to accommodate anybody's mood...

Yozen Frogurt offers tasty yogurt flavors with a decent toppings selection, including vanilla and taro frozen yogurt. However, some customers find it pricey for small portions. The outdated interior design needs renovation to feel more inviting. Limited yogurt machine availability was disappointing for some visitors. Despite this, the amazing service, particularly from a helpful and kind staff member, earns five stars. One picky customer appreciated the big brownie pieces and plans to return due to the exceptional service received.
