I recently visited Yozen Frogurt and I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty yogurt flavors and decent toppings selection. I especially enjoyed the vanilla and taro frozen yogurt. However, I found it to be quite pricey for what you get. I paid $20 for two bowls of frozen yogurt that were not even filled up. Considering the portion size, I expected more for the price.Another downside was the outdated interior design. The overall ambiance felt a bit stale and could use some renovation to make it more inviting and modern. To add to the disappointment, half of the yogurt machines were not available during my visit. It was a bummer not being able to try all the flavors I wanted.Overall, Yozen Frogurt has good flavors and a decent toppings selection, but the high price for small portions, outdated interior design, and limited yogurt machine availability were disappointing aspects of my experience.

Five stars for the amazing service! I'm a picky customer-big brownie pieces only. The girl working(I think her name was Grace or Gia or something similar was such a dear! She was very helpful and kind. I would 100% go again. I'll be back because of her service.

Really great frozen yogurt, huge selection of flavors. Lot of toppings to choose from and the berries were fresh. Madison was so sweet and made the experience really fun for my young children. The place was clean and inviting (unlike a more well-known chain in the area). Other reviewers complained about the pricing, but I found it comparable to other frozen yogurt places we've have been to. I recommend trying the almond cookies too! We will be back for sure!

I decided to make a quick stop at Yozen Frogurt to pick up a gift card and was greeted by Kelson who was so so nice from the second I walked in. He was the friendliest employee I've interacted with at Yozen Frogurt and I really appreciated his customer service. Kelson, thank you so much for spreading kindness!!!!

Two yogurts -- smallest cups they offered and each under 2/3 full: $25!?!!? Yes, we each had toppings but I cannot imagine a few tablespoons of puffed cereal added that much to the weight/price. Yikes. I saw the number on the scale/register but was sure it had to be referring to something other than dollars. When we got home, I looked up the charge and yes- $25. WOW. For anyone reading this, the pricing here is roughly 40%-50% higher compared with every other yogurt place nearby, where we get the same thing and pay $12-20, at most. To the owner: Please don't respond about your loyalty club and fresh ingredients. Yes, the yogurt is good, but many of the toppings are stale and dried out because they've been sitting in the non-air-tight wall containers too long. Even with Westlake rent, this is crazy. $5-10 for a small/medium sized frozen yogurt is fair. You are winning short term with your surprise pricing (it doesn't seem to be posted anywhere that we could see, nor is it on your website which is also shady). However, I am confident the long term consequence of this strategy will be a significant decrease in the number of customers, even if you are making more per sale by sticking it to unsuspecting people. No thanks.

What I want to know is why does yozen frogurt charge by the pound and not by the ounce. All other yogurt shops charge by the ounce. They charge $15.52 per pound.

Visiting from OC,Looked this place up and this was the closest yogurt to me. Came in and today was over 100 degrees, the place had no AC at all which was extremely unpleasant. The place wasn't as clean as I hoped. The service was great, the girl was very nice. I felt bad for her working in such hot conditions In there! I wanted to rush to my car for the AC. The yogurt itself was ok nothing special at all. Very expensive I paid about $20 for 2 yogurt bowls.

Way overpriced. I bought 2 cups only 1/3 full each one cup was for a 4 year old and it was $18. Crazy . Yogurt was good but not worth the price. But I guess it's Westlake and inflation is crazy right now.
