“I waited until I went to this location a few times before posting a review, and my thoughts are still very mixed. The food is consistent and well made! With good portions; I can eat one whole bowl or salad by myself in one sitting and be full. It is set up as more of a to-go type of eatery, but they do have one long table and a couple of smaller tables (and an additional couple of tables outside). The service is what throws me off! The first time I went it was okay, second time- amazing, and this last time was confusing. In their defense I honestly had no idea what I was ordering, what modifications I can make, what dressings are available, etc. so I asked a few questions, got more confused and left with whatever they gave me! Still tasted great, I just don't know how to order it again :)“
“We decided to cool off with a cool drink. I brought my niece in to get a smoothie. She ordered the mango one and I order the hummingbird. There was no one ahead of us when we came in. The order came out in a timely manner. I believe there was someone training. They had pretty upbeat music playing and they had decorated for Halloween. The mango drink didn't really taste like mango and the hummingbird taste a little bland. Not sure if it was just an off day for them. Usually they are pretty consistent.“
“Ubatuba has a unique blend for their acai that has an icy texture which, unlike other bowl places, takes a long time to melt. Because the flavor of the acai is really good, I prefer the acai legal style bowl which has more acai and less toppings. The empanadas are good too, but they aren't what pulls be back to Ubatuba for more. They have a nice outdoor seating area for sunny days and are open until 10 pm which makes this spot great for late night snacks.“
“This is a clean store with quick service. Love their variety of food and drinks but management should not reprimand an employee in front of customers! I told the person helping me that I needed two small drinks and she suggested 1 small drink split in 2 and that was perfect, well Joshua (the manager or person in charge) told her "don't offer to split it, unless they ask, it takes away from our inventory". That was not only inappropriate but terrible customer service! The person who was helping me did the absolute right thing, providing great service is what this is all about. Shame on you Joshua, think twice before you speak.“

“This place is amazing! The 4 young employees I have encountered on 2 different occasions were amazing! Super sweet and very nice! Now a days it's hard to get that with anyone let alone the younger ones! Everything made was super amazing as well, thick not watery..I will definitely continue coming to this location! I will also be calling the manager to let him/her know what awesome employees they have!“
“I love Surf Boba's Acai bowls! Not too sweet and always delicious. I've never had the poke. The owners are kind and I love supporting local business but they do need more employees. On weekends the wait for a simple thing can get pretty long.“
“We need more places like this around town. Healthy, easy to modify for dietary restrictions and quick. I could eat here every day. My faves are the peanut butter toast on gluten free bread, the protein toast on gluten free tortilla and the protein salad without cheese. The pink grab and go juice is pretty epic as well.“
“Love this place! The owners and staff are awesome. Every flavor shake I have tried is good. My go-to is a x large turbo tea with best defense and. Pistachio shake.Whenever I need to loose 5 pounds I just replace one of my meals with that order for a week and the weight is gone!“
