Starbucks in Thousand Oaks

“One of the best Starbucks I’ve been too in Ventura County… and that’s saying a lot because I’ve been to a few. From corner to corner lol I’m talking about deep Oxnard up to Santa Paula and Ventura and all the way back and everything in between! Amazing job to this location!“

“The baristas make this Starbucks. They are kind and caring toward everyone. If your teenagers are there they are safe. There is kindness and caring for those with mental and physical disabilities. The coffee is good, but the people are great! They treat everyone as children of God.“

“I had several amazing experiences visiting this location because of the staff. I made sure to get all of their names. Jordan, who is super sweet and always has a smile on her face.! Drake, also extremely friendly and very attentive. Last but definitely not least is Silver who goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need! Just wanted to take a moment to highlight these hard working baristas for all that they do!!“

“It's a Starbucks inside CLU campus. Very nice but very busy during peak hours because of the students living on campus which isn't a bad thing. Just be prepared to occasionally run into a long line if you decide to check out the campus. Otherwise it's a great coffee place in a very beautiful area that'd very laid back and relaxing so enjoy.“

“Ya know, I'm just never disappointed at this location. I was getting a pumpkin spice latte and saw the new mini pies. So I tried the new mini pumpkin pie today, warmed. For $3.45 totally worth it. The crust is delicious. Doesn't fall apart, but is nice and flakey. I really liked the thickness of it. The filling was spot on. I'm assuming warming it gives it a softer texture (maybe not, haven't had it cold yet) but it isn't bad. I do like a firmer pie structure myself, but it definitely won't keep me from getting it again. It paired wonderfully with my latte. I totally feel the fall vibes and I'm liking it!“

“The Banana Bread Matcha is the best at Starbucks - I actually recommend getting it HOT as it tastes way better but iced is very good as well. Their Iced Pecan Crunch (Fall seasonal special) is also a favorite! The staff at this particular location were very nice as they offered to re-make my drink if I didn’t like what I ordered. Super sweet and accommodating!“

“The staff were incredibly friendly and got all of our custom requests exactly right. The place feels clean, well-maintained, and genuinely pleasant to spend time in. Even the restrooms were spotless, practically like an operating room. Great experience!“

“I had a quick stop in this Starbucks when I was visiting Westlake and it was such a nice store! I loved the atmosphere, the staff were all friendly and didn’t seem stressed .. the store looked so clean and they had a good selection of Merchandise.

“Super friendly staff. Some of them have some really good jokes! I use the drive-thru frequently (Handicapable customers LOVE the drive thru feature) and have only been disappointed once in all my visits when they handed me a drink and the lid wasn't secure. For Handicapables who would like to park... you do have to cross a strip of crazy parking lot where drivers are making turning and traffic decisions. Inside, sadly, folks will use the Handicap table for their own convenience, but don't be afraid to ask a staff member to help! They'll carry your drink to the table if you need!“

“Drinks made how ordered, normal Starbucks food, etc. I pretty much came to this Starbucks every day for awhile because Sasha was so amazing. Genuinely the nicest barista and just a great person. She talks with customers, remembers our conversations and names, she really “makes” this starbucks. Recently she hasn’t been there much (not sure why) and honestly I started coming less, the rest of the staff are (mostly) friendly but idk I’ve just been coming less because I can get coffee anywhere and without Sasha’s camaraderie it’s just average. Sasha makes this 3 star location 5 stars“

“We were here two days in a row as walk-in customers. These were the best Starbucks experiences we've had in a long time, especially at a location with a drive through where those customers seem to get the most attention. We were greeted when we walked in the door, our orders were taken promptly by friendly and helpful employees, the food and beverages were prepared quickly and tasted great. And there is plenty of seating. This location is getting back to the original Starbucks goal of being a "third place". We will be back!“
