“They are not fast at all! Super slow! I waited at least 10 minutes for me to get my two drinks. I got a pistachio Frappuccino and a Java Chip Frappuccino. They were no extra Java chips in my drink. As for the pistachio Frappuccino it was watery and not cold. Worst pistachio I've ever had“
“I don't normally drinks Starbucks but today was definitely a pick me up kinda day so I stopped by Starbucks on my way to work; I wasn't sure what to order but I wanted 3 shots of espresso so I asked the cashier at the front. At first I ordered the vanilla oatmilk espresso but then I asked which one they thought was better & they recommended the brown sugar oat milk espresso, & asked the others working what they thought was better. I haven't even tried my drink yet but let me just say the second I walked into that store, the vibe was so welcoming and homey. It was pretty busy, there were a bunch of ready for pick up drinks perfectly set up & to the left there was a big group of elders who seemed to be regulars & all met there on the regular for coffee and good times. The staff was so sweet, extremely nice, & very lovely. I'll definitely be back, not just for the coffee but the energy they give off ! Cheers !! P.S the drink was absolutely delish ! Made with love & may even be my new favorite ;)“
“It may be a Starbucks kiosk but it is single handedly the best Starbucks in Ventura County. Christine, Rachel, Brea, and the entire barista staff gives amazing and friendly service. And when they make the drinks, the drinks have a flavor. I've been to some Starbucks where the drinks taste overly watered down and flavorless. At this location, you are going to get 5 star drinks and that explode with taste. If you are in the area and need coffee, stop on over. It's inside Vons off of Tierra Rejada and it is amazing!“
“Love this place it is so quick and fast its by my work, prices are right the customer service is excellent, I enjoy the pike coffee for a pick me up, it is only 2 dollars and some change also, I am probably always going to come on my breaks to get coffee, thank you team. COVID safe also“

Thankful they did all that, because it would have been very disappointed if I ordered the drink! They were so friendly & personable, those are the type of employees you want representing your store.
