“On this most recent trip to Starbucks I was blessed with the medicine ball with extra honey. As someone with asthma the warmth help make thing a bit easier on those rough start mornings. My drink was hot and ready for consumption upon arrival. My order was taken are prepared quickly. The atmosphere was kinda busy but the team on duty had it under control.“

“I have to admit this is my least favorite Starbucks in the area. Always too busy, some of the staff isn't friendly, and the manager has been rude in the past as well. Last Thursday I was forced to stop in as I was I a hurry. It was busy and a rush. When I got to the cashier, I believe her name was Aydin, greeted me very welcoming. Which is weird because usually everyone has bad attitudes. I had a sizable order with a few special requests but she was patient and smiling the whole time. I apologized for the large order and she assured me it was fine. Getting the order wasn't as great as the baristas seemed annoyed. But the front end service made up for that. There should be more employees like her, instead of the grumpy annoyed looking people.“
