Yes, the reviews are absolutely real. This is hands down the best Starbucks I've ever been to and trust me, I've been to hundreds if not more all over the world. The manager and staff know the names of almost every customer who walks through the door, and they consistently bring such a warm, positive attitude. It's a shame I don't live nearby, but the next time I'm in Los Angeles, I'll definitely make it a point to stop by whenever I'm craving coffee.
I ordered a matcha latte on Uber Eats and they gave me a free water along with it . I thought that was so nice ! Great customer service. Oh , and the matcha latte was PERFECT. So good !
