From the very beginning, I was greeted by her big, beautiful smile, the kind that instantly makes you feel welcome and taken care of. It was my first time ever trying matcha, and Bri didn’t just take my order, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and crafted a drink that completely exceeded my expectations.

Let me just say… I am now officially addicted to iced matcha. 😩💚

What really stands out is that I’ve gone to several other Starbucks locations since then, trying to recreate that same drink and no one has come close to the way Bri made it. That level of attention to detail, care, and genuine customer connection is rare.

This wasn’t just good service—it was memorable, personalized, and above-and-beyond exceptional.

I also want to acknowledge her manager, Daisey, because leadership like that clearly fosters a team that delivers excellence. It shows.
